Booked a room for my sisters wedding on 6/14/25. Went to the wedding and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they overbooked. The woman working did nothing to help stating “I honestly don’t know what to do so”. Didn’t offer alternatives or anything else. Highly would recommend not staying here if you’d actually like somewhere to sleep.

Jun 15, 2025 · sullivan hutsonPros: iron & ironing board in room, shower is non-slip, shower head is not low flow, shower has a towel rack/hand rail and shelves, plenty of hot water, WiFi is 76 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload, plenty of parking, close to highway, located outside of town to avoid traffic but close enough to get there quickly, maybe safer out of downtown, close to Ingles, a lot of outlets in the room, friendly and accomidating staff, A/C & heat unit works well, house keeping honors the 'do not disturb sign' you put out, rooms have a good functional layout with good amount of desk space & shelves. Easy to get in/out of this place, close to highway, nice people working there. Cons: No microwave in any room (hence 4 stars rather than 5 stars), but there is one in the lobby which has 24/7 access; some noise late at night if your room is close to the lobby (conversations), shower/bath has no exhaust fan so the room gets humid from showering.
Jun 03, 2025 · JRVery nice, exceptionally clean. Comfortable. Very personable receptionist. Very accomodating. They actually serve breakfast and dinner included...unheard of... In a beautiful place...
Jun 04, 2025 · Susanne AllenOpen the door, the room smells of past smokers and chemicals to cover it up even though there is a no smoking policy. We wanted to sit by the pool (5/9/25) it is locked staff would not unlock. Just killed a bug on the couch! Should have stayed across the street at the Hampton, but on a budget. 20 year old carpet needs to be ripped out to remove the stench.
May 10, 2025 · Todd MuenchThe rooms are clean, and the breakfast is basic: waffles, coffee, juice, oatmeal, and cookies. The only thing is that the housekeeping people knock on your door consecutively at 9:30 to come in and clean, and I wanted to keep sleeping because you're supposed to check out at 11 am, that was annoying for me.
