The STAR of this hotel is Robert! He should win an award for the level of customer service and care he provides. He is also extremely genuine and funny. We loved the location and our room was spacious! The bathroom was also nice and roomy. I will say it is a bit noisy due to being right off the main road but the location makes up for it. You can walk anywhere downtown. The room felt clean, just a few stray dog hairs, but this is a pet friendly hotel. They have a nice lobby and bar area too!!

Mar 17, 2025 · Meredith HeberleAt first arrival I thought Indigo was so nice. Valet took our truck while I checked in. The bearded man at the front desk was an absolute gem. However after unpacking things started to change. When I asked for our truck to be brought around SURPRISE "pay our overnight parking fee of $30 before we bring you your truck" wow. But ok. An overnight parking fee was never disclosed beforehand. Dinner was fine. Came back and found random pills on our bathroom floor. Then upon further inspection found our shower head was filthy. Coated in dust. Our headboard was also covered in a layer of dust that you could write in. As a housekeeper myself, I'm disgusted. All of these things are within reach and in plain sight. Whoever has been tidying these rooms is just LAZY and for the amount of money this place charges per night... just unacceptable.
Apr 20, 2025 · Tackle BoxIn the heart of downtown Asheville, this hotel gave us almost everything we needed for our one night stay. Beautiful room with spacious bathroom, a good gym to get in a quick lift, we were very pleased with our stay. Hope, the assistant manager, made sure we had everything available to us for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is within walking distance of several attractions downtown. The only downside is the parking situation, which is valet only.
Apr 01, 2025 · Stetson EdwardsI was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. The staff were really nice and we appreciated it. However, our sheets had definitely not been changed as they had hair and stains all over them, when we called down they brought us new sheets but we had to put them on. Then my bill had an alcohol charge on it, when we don’t drink, which the staff handled beautifully bc when I called they immediately removed it. Overall it was a nice stay with a great staff, but was a little disappointed in the state of the room.
Feb 13, 2025 · Lacy WestlePro’s - Great location, large rooms, modern and clean. Con’s - Double queen rooms are on the freeway side and very noisy. Don’t expect to get the type of room you book. A long story but I booked a king through the hotel website and when I got there they gave me a double queen bed room. Only after I told them that there was a king on booking.com did they change it to a king.
