Room was not clean. It was really hot in the lobby and halls. The room itself was fairly large. Room looked clean but when you look around and in corners. It was nasty. The air sucked so it was really hot. The small air conditioner just couldn't cool down the large room. I would never stay there again. And there was an electrical short. The lights didn't work. My wife plugged in her hair dryer then the lights came on. They turned off with the hair dryer.

May 09, 2025 · Russell HollandFront desk was nice and polite, so I gave it two stars. The rooms were absolutely terrible. The first room we received had black mold on the walls by the air conditioner, smelled like mold in the room, and was damp. The bedding was also damp. Asked to switch rooms and it was super simple and the front desk was nice and apologized about it. The second room had less mold and was not damp, thankfully. However, the smell of smoke/weed/fabuloso burned my nostril hairs and we only stayed about 20 minutes before leaving the hotel. I wish I listened more to the reviews before trying to save a few extra dollars.
May 19, 2025 · Summer StraderRooms: Was clean and bed was comfortable but lots of chips in paint, uneven creaky floorboards, questionable bullet shaped dents in doors etc. Was fine for one night since it was close to the airport. Service: Both check in and out were quick and easy. Guy who checked me in was wearing a shirt that said "serial killer"...maybe not the right vibe for this job. Location: close to airport...meaning you will hear planes flying over you all night. Other: Was traveling as a solo female and felt safe generally, especially once i realized that there is a police car stationed just outside the property at all hours...
May 24, 2025 · Kat DavrosI stay here quite frequently and the staff is top tier. They're so accommodating and friendly. The location isn't the best and the property is a little old, but it very well maintained so cleanliness isn't a problem. They do say breakfast is provided but that's only coffee and juice, but that's perfect for me. There are excellent restaurants next door (Jamaican and a really amazing Pizza/ American cuisine joint) - and they're affordable. Personally I highly recommend this place.
Jan 12, 2025 · Victoria SvanikierWarning! This hotel is absolutely disgusting and located in a sketchy area—East Point, to be exact, which is somewhere you definitely want to avoid. First off, there’s nowhere to sit in the room. The floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months, and the chair is covered in brown stains. The bathroom is terrifying, with all the towels stained brown and no tissue available. To make matters worse, this was the second room they moved me to after the first one was missing a TV and had a huge hole in the wall. The new room came with old food left in the fridge and a heater that barely worked. After about an hour of contemplating my life choices that led me here, the lights went out! The hotel has no backup generator, and they had no idea when the power would be restored. I grabbed my stuff and headed straight back to the airport—at least there, I felt safer than in that nightmare of a hotel.
