It's a space where creative spirits, locals, and travelers alike can connect, collaborate, and truly experience the diverse energy of D.C.
Eaton DC sets itself apart with its unique approach to hospitality, offering not just comfortable and thoughtfully designed rooms, but also a rich array of amenities and programming that cater to both the body and mind. For D.C. residents, this location is incredibly convenient. You are just a short walk away from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (approximately 5 minutes), making it an ideal choice if you're attending or involved with events there. The hotel's proximity to major governmental and cultural landmarks is also a significant plus. The National Museum of Women in the Arts is just a 4-minute walk away, while the White House is about a 13-minute stroll. Other prominent sites like the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, and Capital One Arena are also within easy reach, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city's offerings.

Eaton DC is within a 5-minute walk to the McPherson Square Metro station (Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines), providing direct connectivity to various parts of the city and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The Metro Center station (Red, Blue, Orange, Silver Lines) is also a short walk away, further expanding your transit options. This makes it easy to get around without needing a car.
While its prime K Street location means it's in a lively area, potentially leading to some street noise, the convenience of being able to walk to so many destinations often outweighs this for many guests. For those who prefer to drive, valet parking is available on-site (for a surcharge of approximately $67 USD per day, including in/out privileges), and an electric vehicle charging point is also provided. Eaton DC provides a comprehensive range of services designed to foster a unique and holistic guest experience, blending traditional hospitality with a focus on community and well-being:
Eaton DC is celebrated for its distinctive features that create a memorable and inspiring guest experience:
It is important to note, however, that the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows, while visually appealing, may not offer sufficient sound insulation for rooms facing K Street. Guests have reported noticeable street noise, including emergency vehicle sirens and late-night revelers from nearby bars. While the hotel offers cool bars and a great atmosphere, light sleepers or those on crucial work trips might consider requesting a room not facing K Street or bringing earplugs, as one reviewer suggested.
Eaton DC frequently offers various promotions and special packages to enhance guest stays. These offers can change, so it's always recommended to check their official website or contact them directly for the most current information. Here are some types of promotions you might find:

May 14, 2025 · Jessica Lyew-AyeeI recently stayed at the Eaton for a quick work trip! The room was well decorated and very clean aside from a slow draining shower. Having a record player was a cool touch, and it worked!! My room was on the 4th floor facing K street. The floor to ceiling windows look great during the day, but they weren't insulating to sound at all. At night, every single sound from the street echoed in the room. Ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars wailed by almost every hour this weekend. Since the hotel has multiple bars, this meant that happy, drunk people were yelling at all hours of the night in the street. There was also music I could hear through the walls until midnight. This was overall a very loud stay and I wouldn't choose to stay here again, especially for a work trip. The bars and restaurant at the hotel are very cool and worth a visit, but I would choose to stay at a different hotel in the future.
May 25, 2025 · Camryn FloresThis is my new favorite hotel in DC. I got a room on the inner circle, away from the street, and it was silent the entire time. Bathroom is so cool, they serve Steeped coffee in rooms with a kettle, and they have records and a record player. The bed was comfy and I felt so at home in this hotel. There are 4 places to eat, including a rooftop bar, a speakeasy, a cafe, and a lunch spot. I tried them all and went back a couple times. I love all the art displayed. Didn't get a chance to check out the wellness floor but I will next time, because there will be a next time.
Apr 20, 2025 · Jody MasonThis has been the 4th hotel I’ve stayed in while in DC and I won’t be staying anywhere else. My first impression of the space left me blown away by the amazing customer service. Simone, who checked me in, was such a breathe of fresh air and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The room itself was smaller than I anticipated; however, it felt like home in a beautiful way. The artwork and books that were in my room were so fascinating and added a whole other vibe to the space. The record player in my room was top quality which is rare considering other hotels I’ve stayed in that offer similar services. Also, once you done being wowed by the room go ahead and explore the entire building as there are so many dope spaces to explore. Overall, you can’t go wrong staying here from the movie theater, luxury restaurant, and rooftop bar, but don’t take my word for it. Take a chance and stay here to experience it all for yourself!
Apr 21, 2025 · indi4/26/25 we bought a tae tonight however it they were over capacity ( not my problem I paid) we go down stairs to the bathroom being as though up stairs was super crowded and as we try to go back up stairs we aren’t allowed on the elevator. The security guard low cut , brown skin , chubby man was really rude and denied us access . My friend was explaining how we just came down to use the bathroom & he became very aggressive. We stated multiple times We had a table and even pull up proof of the purchase ( with our names on it first/ last) and still was denied access. Despite the people up stairs confirming we had a table. Mind you we ordered two bottles!!! It was so humid inside it was that it made it hard to even enjoy the table!!! The female security with dreads tried her best to talk to security however he paid her no mind. It got to a point where ppl who bought a table started to just walk up stairs . He began to call the police due to us trying to go up stairs. Please think twice before spending money here. The lack of understanding and customer service is a huge issue here.
