This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at, ESPECIALLY for the price paid and location. Where do I even start… They were out of the free cocktail they offer for their one free drink per stay, and it wasn’t even 30 minutes past 5pm (when reception starts) nor was it busy. The toilet in our room clogged if you used more than 8 squares of toilet paper per flush. It clogged twice on us for very basic/light usage. We are very aware of how much paper is reasonable for a toilet, and this toilet wasn’t capable of even one regular handful of paper. Lame. Also the bathroom walls are glass so enjoy watching your friend/partner/coworker sit on the toilet from the comfort of the bed. We requested an extra pillow one night (because you know how hotel pillows are notoriously thin) and it took 4 calls, a trip downstairs wading through club people, and 40 minutes to get a single pillow. The place apparently has a club on the rooftop and a bar with a lot of space on the ground floor, which is fine, but produces a LOT of noise late into the night. I ran to the lobby bathrooms the next morning (Sunday morning at 9am) before heading out for the day and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered. Feces smeared in stalls, a used condom on the floor, trash in the sinks… worse than any gas station bathroom I’ve ever walked into. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING Y’ALL. This “hotel” very obviously doesn’t care about its lodgers and focuses on its club aspect, and we’ll never return.

May 27, 2025 · K DaveysService: I’ve stayed here multiple times but each time, the service continues to decline. Valet takes significantly longer and the bar service is unfriendly and impolite. They had a temporary guy at the bar that was amazing. Friendly, intentional, and attentive who took my order and the “main bartender” who is consistently short tempered and rude ignored the guy and came up to me aggressively asking for my order. Maybe that’s not their process, but it’s not good business and shows a terrible team dynamic. No wonder they need temp people to fill in. The temp guy was amazing, but the consistent staff, you may want to consider replacing. My advice: Service is important, and I will probably never stay here again. Hire your temp guy full time and fire your terrible “official” bar tender. As for the rooms: I only had hot water in my sink. That’s not normal, but I was told it was. WiFi: extremely slow even when you pay for the upgrade. Location: very walkable to restaurants and entertainment, that’s why I’ve stayed here many times.
Jun 14, 2025 · Blake GiesekingThe hotel is in a great location and the vibes of the hotel are a lot of fun, with a lively bar on the first floor. However, I would advise to bring earplugs as the walls are quite thin and you can constantly hear doors slamming from other rooms. Also, I was able to hear the neighbouring room next to my room, as their voices carried through the wall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the vibes and location!
May 04, 2025 · Ashley CaldwellWe had a great stay. We stayed 2 nights and had fantastic service. The hotel is more trendy/ modern which we enjoyed. The rooms are small but that was expected based on what we read. Wendy the bartender was amazing, accommodating, and went above and beyond all with a smile on her face. We got a chance to speak with Leo, the GM and he was personable, warm and welcoming. I highly recommended it.
Mar 17, 2025 · Nicole GillLocation was great and the bed was comfortable. Floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and conveniently across the street from a rental bike hub, if you choose to ride a bike vs walking. Checking was easy and if you didn't want to do valet, there's a self serve parking garage nearby. Rooftop bar on the same building with a very lively Thursday night, didn't hear the noise from our 10th floor room.
