Breakfast is amazing, handmade omlettes are delicious, excellent variety of other breakfast items. Rooms are clean, spacious, and fairly quiet for the loud amt of noise happening on the streets out front. Good TV. Very central to everything you'd want to do in Washington. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere. The cleaning staff is SO friendly, and their music was awesome. Truly made my whole trip better.

Jun 19, 2025 · Ericka ClarkI absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of D.C. My room exceeded expectations, featuring a spacious living room, a centrally located bathroom, and a well-sized bedroom with two double beds and a privacy door. Everything was spotless, and the room service was excellent. The customer service was outstanding across the board, from the front desk to the conference staff, and every interaction was a true display of professionalism. The on-site restaurant was a five-star experience for me. I would definitely look forward to staying here again!
May 02, 2025 · Tim JoyceWe had a great stay and will come back next time we’re in DC. We traveled with our two young children, so having an affordable suite with a separate primary bedroom was essential. Our kids enjoyed the pool and mom and dad enjoyed the daily happy hour with two drinks included per adult! The rooms seemed clean and all the service we received was excellent. The included breakfast was very good—I loved the variety and the omelette bar was delicious and quick. You can’t beat the location for centrality to the sights. Only complaint was that the pool chemicals were too strong, but that’s pretty standard for hotel pools at this price point.
Apr 06, 2025 · Lauren GrayWe stayed here 4 days. Our room was very nice, well appointed, easy to relax in. The room was cleaned every day. We were contacted daily by the Hotel staff to ensure we were happy (we were). The bed was very comfortable. They had both shower and bath (appreciated after 19 thousand steps). The room was quiet. They have a market in their lobby that we used and liked. You stay here and you are in the middle of everything DC. You are about 15 minute walk to the Washington Mall and many other places. You are close to the Metro station (Metro is inexpensive, safe, clean and very handy). We ate at their Restaurant (Brickstone Kitchen and bar. Their salads and pizza were delicious. Free breakfast each morning (large selection of premium items) and free drinks each evening (two per adult). The only suggestion I have is that they should install slow closing toilet seats. This place is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.
May 05, 2025 · Rick GalbreathI usually go to Hilton Hotels when I go on vacation, and they're typically good. But this one was probably the worst that I've ever stayed at yet. I have a lot more negative comments about this place than positive, unfortunately. The room: I was sharing a room with two other people, and they got the bed, while I got the pull out bed in the 'living room' area. I pull out the bed, and not only is there some kind of blanket thing stuck in place that I have to yank out to unfold the bed, but when I laid down on it, it was like it was on a hill. My feet were more elevated than my head, and the bed was also paper thin. I had to sleep on the bare couch instead, which gave me back problems the entire trip. Also, the actual bed in the bedroom was tough as anything. I sat down on it, and if felt like I was sitting on a rock. And, the pillow for the pull out bed was lumpy and flat as anything. Moving away from the beds, the shower also had a problem. The main one is the fact that, when the shower floor gets wet, it's very slippery. I almost slipped in the shower like, 5 times, in 10 minutes. The service: We didn't need much 'service', but when we did, it was pretty disappointing. When we got there, we went to go put our bags on hold, so we can pick them up later when our room was ready. It was kinda confusing, since there were two lines, one for baggage and one for car pickup. They're not very well labeled, so we guessed which line to stand in. Eventually, we got our bags put up. But, when we got back to get our bags, there were no employees to help, and a massive family in front of us waiting for their baggage. We waited for like, 10 minutes, and they were still getting their stuff. Only one person was working the shift apparently, so we actually just left to our rooms and had to come back later. Also, on the last day, we ran out of tissues, so we ordered some to room service. The person that delivered it looks like they took some random dude off the side of the road and made him deliver them. Things I liked: The thing I liked the most were the omelettes for breakfast. Everything else was typical breakfast things. Also, the 'cafe' area was nicely decorated for the cherry blossom festival, which was very cute. The staff was nice, even if they were a bit slow. The location was also very convenient, with almost everything right down the road.
