Honestly for the price of about $100 a night it comes with a pretty decent TV two very nice beds which were clean and comfortable. The front desk person was very kind and was helpful. Bathroom was pretty small and there wasn't much hot water but besides that there were amenities and plenty of towels.

Feb 19, 2022 · Fusion PlayerHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! For your own good, DO NOT GO THERE! The receptionist was extremely rude to us and was looking to make problems. And the room was NASTY!! We had a confirmed reservation for the suite with a fire place and hot tub confirmed by Super 8 and by Wyndham. It was written clearly on the confirmation Email we received from the hotel. And it was confirmed twice over the phone, when we made the reservation. When we got to the hotel the receptionist gave us a tiny, dirty room without the amenities we were promised. When we showed him the email, he backed out and said that if we want to get the room we reserved we have have to pay an extra $100 more then the confirmed price, plus pay for the other room we didn't ask for. More then 3 times the amount agreed on in the original confirmation. He also told us that if we back out of the room he gave us he would still charge us $80 for the room, a way overpriced amount for such a disgusting room we didn't reserve and didn't want. Meanwhile, he himself was backing out of the confirmation by not giving us the room we reserved. He was extremely rude, nasty and unhelpful. When I said I want to speak to a manager, he refused to help me. After over an hour of madness, calling customer service and getting sent from one representative to another, without getting any help, we reluctantly took the room we were given. It looked like it belonged to a hotel in hell. The bathroom was old and dirty. The bed sheets were ripped. Not at all like the pictures they show you online. That's when I regretted not reading the hotels horrible reviews beforehand. In the morning we woke up to weird noises coming from the lobby (which happens to be outdoors, so it's literally freezing in the winter). We also didn't get the breakfast promised to us in the reservation. And again, when I asked the receptionist how I can reach the manager he didn't want to help me. After I left, I sent them an email to try to figure out what went wrong. I didn't hear back from them, no answer, no explanation and of course no compensation. Don't do the mistake that I did! DO NOT spend the night in the smelly super 8 in Carlstadt NJ, and you won't have a disastrous night in hell, and deal with those nasty idiots behind the desk. They don't even deserve 1 star...
Feb 10, 2022 · sym PepiMy hotel experience at first was great. It had a beautiful room that we paid extra for. However, the clerk told us will NOT refund our deposit because he "found cigarette buds all over the room." My partner and I both have chronic asthma and have never smoked a day in our lives. We also left the room very clean and in perfect condition. Anybody that tries to scam out hardworking people who just wanted to get away deserves one star.
Apr 27, 2021 · jasmine ortizMy experience was not good. The guy at the front desk was very rude . Now you have to leave a deposit if you want the jacuzzi room at its 127.00. Then you don't get it back for 4 to 5 days later. They advertise that they have breakfast and they don't have anything only coffee. Also I had 2 rooms one of them was a queen size room it was not very clean it had stains on the wall. They was hardly any hot water. I guess you really get what you pay for. And one more thing they had police looking for fugitives.
Feb 24, 2018 · Josephine BarretoWife and I stayed for one night before attending an event in NY the next day. Overall we enjoyed it. You park under the building, which seems weird and kind of tight. But it's not bad. The hotel it self is pretty crazy looking. Big, huge courtyard space in the middle totally gives it a one of a kind look. Room was nice and clean, bed comfy, shower worked but only had one setting. Breakfast area is super tiny to non-existent, so you can take the food back to your room which works out. Close to the stadium, and close to NYC.
