I stayed here for four nights with my husband and two children. We chose this location primarily due to the proximity of the American Dream mall. We've been here before but sadly to say, since our previous stay, the overall experience has significantly declined. We expected there would be a higher volume of guests due to it being a holiday week, but that shouldn't have any effect on basic services you would expect from a Marriott hotel. Upon entering our room, the mini fridge was leaking water from the top and bottom shelf. There are stains on our shower curtain, a spider inside a web in the corner of the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken, and we were only given two full-size towels for four people. I put in a request for more towels via the app and also placed two calls to the front desk and still did not receive the towels. My husband ended up requesting these in person and was given a hand towel and four washcloths. We only received housekeeping one day and the towels were taken but not replaced. I also had to get my own trash bags and pull my own trash which was also left in the room even though I tied it up. Another issue that was extremely alarming was the breakfast. This was by far the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. On our first day, there were only scrambled eggs and vegan sausage. There was not even any water out that morning. This morning, every station was empty. There wasn't even cereal, milk, fruit, or a single bagel left. Not a single egg or sausage was left at 8am. My family ended up having to go eat breakfast at a restaurant, which was unfortunate because the free breakfast amenity is one of the reasons we stay here. Another inconvenience encountered were the slow elevators, sometimes resulting in five minutes waiting for one. We ended up just utilizing the stairs. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration by the Marriott leadership team and it results in more positive experiences for future guests.

Dec 27, 2024 · Kelly MaherGreat location, esp if you going to American Dream mall with the family. Very friendly staff. Responsive and professional. The breakfast is ok. I was expecting more options. They should really consider having tea/coffee for the customers at all times. I'll definitely come back!

As it turns out I believe I have someone following me around Jessica at the front desk led me into only three rooms that she said were available and this was at 1 o’clock when I knew there was many many rooms left in the hotel but she was insisting. I am a Platinum member. I went into these three rooms one had dirty floor and itchy things in it and the last room had itchy things in it. I ended up getting separate blankets to be able to sleep that night really bad experience. Jessica is certainly part of some corruption
Apr 03, 2025 · PeterThe hotel was in a great location. If you're trying to be near the stadium or the american dream mall, it was no more than a six minute drive. The hotel itself was very clean.The staff was helpful. The pool was a little small when there was more than five kids in there, it was basically full. The rooms were great clean. Breakfast had a large variety from cereal oatmeal. Egg sausage, juices, beverages, bagels and pastries.

One breakfast did not have additional sandwiches being made just decided to roll without a good protein option. Second breakfast the "cheese" omelet was Kraft singles, not real cheese. Towels don't match the rest of the decor. The room is upscale with a great desk area. Bathroom and shower is upscale or in general pretty nice and modern. But then the towels are meh and cheap. Gym is a good gym and includes a Peloton bike.
