Reserved a king-size bed suite listed as a better deal. They put me in room 116, which is right next to the laundry room for the hotels use. There is nothing worse than being a part of the wash & dry cycle every time you start to fall asleep. So the next day, they moved me to the second floor, but they only had a queen suite. I opened the door, and it smelled like a forest fire aftermath. It took some time, but the source seemed to be the microwave. A little lysol in the vent while it was running helped. The whole room is permiated by smoke. The window only opens two inches. Cleaned the A/C filters. Maybe it will be aired out enough for the next occupants.

Apr 01, 2025 · Mark ElsevierHonestly in my entire 8 years of traveling all around the USA. This location has the worst illiterate rude staff and even the manager. The only nice person you can talk too is Cecelia and I guess she is the area manager. You can’t have a normal communication with them. First time when I stayed at this location the manager banged my door early morning and when I didn’t answer he used a tool and open the security chain and walked into my room mentioning there is a fire alarm issue on this floor and it’s been evacuated since last night as I came very late that night. They didn’t even have a brain to paste flyers on the floor or inform their guests about it. But it looked to me as a routine checkup for fire systems and they just wanted to get it done no matter the privacy of their guests. Second time my itinerary got expired and I told them that my company will send new itinerary in few hours but the front desk lady who was already rude to me told me that the cops will be called and my language will be thrown out as there was a cop standing next to us. Today I checked in again and it was the same old lady who actually gave me a handicap room instead of regular queen size studio room. As you can see in the pictures and she kept on insisting that that’s what I was booked for. So I finally asked my travel team to cancel the rest of the 8 days and book some other hotel. Honestly don’t book here otherwise you will have to face a lot of consequences. They are jerks and they need education
Dec 04, 2024 · Mubeen Ul IslamDid not feel the service. start out with 4 towels and rug then have to beg every day at the front desk. They almost never have 2 of everything or provide a bath rug. the Staff is rude and simply don't give enough to accommodate extended stays.
Jan 22, 2025 · BunnyI enjoyed the overall stay. I would remove the carpet from the floor in the rooms. They need a filter for the shower 🚿 heads and the kitchen sink (why???) Because as you turn on the facet in the kitchen it smells like sewer water 💧.
Jan 04, 2025 · Walter McCreary JrI was woken by what can only be described as an experience at 6 flags. The room was shaking so much we thought it was a train, turns out it was the industrial washers directly below us at 11pm. The neighbours children had a great time jumping from bed to bed screaming and running down the halls. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. Get a better place to stay than this.
