The "Hotels Near Of Me" platform relies heavily on user reviews to guide potential guests, and for Exclusive Quarters, the feedback presents a mixed, yet informative, picture. One positive review highlights key aspects: "I love this place. I stay here often. The rooms are always clean. Staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend." This feedback emphasizes a recurring guest experience, indicating a consistent level of cleanliness and friendly staff, which are often top priorities for travelers. Such positive sentiments suggest that for many, Exclusive Quarters delivers on basic expectations of a comfortable and welcoming stay, particularly for frequent visitors who find value in its offerings.
However, another review provides a stark contrast: "That was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Not only is my whole body ate with bed bugs but when I went in to tell them as polite as I could be could care less about the refund as I’m doing it. They have this older man come out to room and makes the hugest scene and I even show him with his iron on his bed where the bugs are he flips and acts like I’m crazy. The money wasn’t the issue the poor service was the problem I was looking out for the next person and so they could clean there hotel. Before you decide to stay here just sleep in car will have a 100% chance of a better stay in there. Worst place in Cleveland never been treated like that. This place should be closed down and I hope the health department sees this and goes and checks this place. NASTY." This critical review points to severe issues, specifically cleanliness concerns (bed bugs) and a highly unsatisfactory customer service response. The reviewer's detailed account of being dismissed and met with aggression when attempting to address a serious problem raises significant red flags regarding property management and guest care. The call for health department intervention indicates the gravity of the perceived issue. It is important for prospective guests to consider both ends of the spectrum in reviews, as they offer different perspectives on what to expect.
Other aggregated reviews from various platforms indicate a general consensus that while the property may be considered "outdated" or basic in appearance by some, it is often praised for its cleanliness and comfortable beds by a majority of guests. Positive comments frequently mention the staff's helpfulness and friendliness, suggesting that the negative experience noted above might be an isolated incident, or related to a specific staff member. High scores are often given for location and value for money, appealing to budget-conscious travelers who prioritize accessibility and affordability over luxury. Some reviews specifically mention "Room was clean and bug free and better than expected from a budget hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating." which directly contradicts the severe negative review, highlighting the variability in guest experiences. The property's official website states that their "number one priority is providing the most clean and comfortable hotel accommodations."
Given its amenities and the nature of its reviews, Exclusive Quarters appears to target travelers seeking budget-friendly accommodation in Cleveland, TN. This includes:
The motel's promotional strategy would likely emphasize its affordability, convenient location, and essential in-room amenities, along with its commitment to cleanliness. It positions itself as a practical choice for visitors who prioritize a clean, safe, and functional place to rest, rather than extensive recreational facilities or luxury services. However, due diligence by potential guests is highly recommended, especially given the contrasting nature of the customer reviews. Checking recent reviews closer to the booking date, and perhaps even contacting the motel directly with specific concerns, could provide the most up-to-date picture of the property's condition and service quality. The phone number provided, (423) 479-1333 or +1 423-479-1333, serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries and bookings.

Aug 07, 2024 · Cody BaughStayed there few months ago. The guy in 126 is Abusive towards his wife. She yells as well and calls him names in response, also they sit and smoke weed all day could smell it Everytime the door would open or when you walked by. I had to move me and my kids out because they would cuss all night and call each other mean names. Other than that everything was Good. The staff was nice. The house cleaning lady was Excellent. Id stay again if it wasn't for that couple in room 126.
May 27, 2024 · NigggyThe staff here were very nice and accommodating! Room was very clean and doesn't reek of smoke smell either! Good location right off the interstate and close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. Was surprisingly quiet and calm in comparison to most hotels in Cleveland. Would definitely stay again!
