This hotel is an unmitigated disaster. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable that I’m pretty sure it’s in breach of the Geneva Convention. Not sure why there is a dishwasher in the room when the hotel does not provide any kitchen essentials like cups, utensils or plates. The king size bed was quite soft and not very comfortable but passable. The room was clean and didn’t smell funky but our room was right next to the busy street and the street noise was loud all through the night. The fridge was clean but it made so much noise with the clanking and groaning that you’d think it was about to become self aware. The TV in the living room didn’t work and despite promises for it to be fixed every day of our 3 day stay, it never was. The “continental” breakfast was probably the saddest thing I’ve ever seen - coffee, tea, instant oatmeal and pre wrapped tiny blueberry muffins that are full of sugar and preservatives. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful, although clearly overworked and frazzled. The ONLY redeeming aspect about this hotel is its location. It is right next to the bus stop. The 320 bus goes to NY @$4.70 pp and that bus comes every 10-15 minutes. The location is also close to many restaurants which are within walking distance.

Apr 04, 2025 · Karen G.Good location easy commute to Manhattan, and the area. The rooms are clustered, and the lack of maintenance has already shown .The service was bad. We've been told that the clean-up service only once every two weeks. And when we asked for clean towels they told us that we need to bring them the towels so they change it. ( i didn't know that i needed to work for the hotel to service myself) And they say breakfast included in the price, your breakfast will be bad coffee and junky muffins. If you are going with kids, don't count on them for your needs.
Apr 01, 2025 · Eli Elias KomatsiaPretty decent hotel, decent location. Room had a kitchen in it which you usually don't get for a hotel for under $200. Rooms were clean. Heater works great which was appreciated after a night out of walking in freezing NYC. Didn't stay long so can't comment on everything they have to offer but was great to be able to stay for reasonably price to hop on the bus to go into NYC. (Which by the way, in case no one tells you, you need to flag the bus down or it will not stop 😑)
Feb 02, 2025 · Melanie MelendezWorst hotel experience in my life. Gave broken appliances, ants in bathroom, fold out bed mattress was flat, floors were filthy! Neither Pticeline no ESA would help except to offer to charge me more to change rooms. Constant construction going on all day. Truly the worst of the worst.
Apr 04, 2025 · The Fass FamilyOverall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very accommodating and responsive. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. Kudos to Shanely, Asst. Manager, and her team for great customer service and a well run hotel.
