I stayed here new year’s eve due to its close proximity to times square, NY. The room was private and quiet. We had a king size bed and a nice seating area. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. No issues with check in/out. The breakfast buffet was great as well. I would stay here again if in the area. The only thing i wish was better, was the parking. The parking garage wasn’t linked to the building, so in and out wasn’t the best, especially during the rain. Overall, for the price, it was still a good.

Apr 02, 2025 · Joscelyn SI stayed here for a week and it was mostly pleasant. There is a $150 room deposit charge which I thought was high. Breakfast provided free of charge and there are lots of choices including fresh bagels, sausage patties, bacon, omelettes, waffles, juices, delicious pastries and muffins. At night there is a bar in the breakfast area. Ice makers are available in each floora and there is a laundry and small pool. Free parking is available in a garage. The room was clean, plenty of hot water, and our room was in a location that was mostly quiet, being on a corner of the higher floor. Walls are a little thin but we slept fine. Only complaint is that the AC was very slow and I think may be motion sensored, since we would wake up and it would always be warm. I would stay here again, the breakfast and free parking is a plus. But I have stayed at better places.
Mar 22, 2025 · KhristopherThe pictures on the site are very deceiving! We walked into the room and there was a king bed inside of the living room and then another king bed in an actual room. So basically they went the cheap way and converted the living room into a bedroom! I am so disappointed in this hotel but it is nice inside of the hallways. Its basically like Embassy and Double Tree inside. I believe the rooms that are advertised are on the higher floors! This needs to be said when booking this! Lastly, the WI-FI doesn’t even work on the second floor, and make sure to bring body wash and don’t forget ur toothbrushes cause they cost $7.00. Update: I increased it one more star only because the breakfast was totally a surprise and delight. However, don’t think about asking for an extended checkout cause they won’t budge. We checked out on the day of daylight savings and lost an hour, of sleep, but when I asked for an extra hour, they still wouldn’t budge. They told me it was 30.00/hour. It was also loud all night given the bar closed around 2am and there were kids running in the halls which was a nuisance. They also have a sign that says that u have to pay 1,000 if something is damaged or stolen. However, It was hardly worth the stay, I think I may have gotten bitten. I wouldn’t go here again.
Mar 09, 2025 · Tonda HintonThis is a hidden gem. So let me start by saying, I travel for work often so I see a fair amount of hotels. This has to be one of the best experiences at what I call a family and professional friendly hotel. The setup is this facility was an Embassy Suites but is now own by what appears to be a non chain owner. Lately a lot of Embassy Suites have not been well maintained but the owners here spent time and money to update the facility. This theme of personal investment carries through the way they run the hotel as well. Breakfast: 4.5 Stars: They have the breakfast well staffed. They have done what many hotels have failed to do and have a staff member doing the waffle station. I know we all love our kids but setting them loose on waffle stations creates a nasty mess. They take care of that for you with a smile. I will ding them for not having fresh bagels but the breakfast experience is great overall. Rooms: 5 Stars: Very spacious and very clean. I would only recommend that that look at doing the soap differently. It's a little small. Service: 5 Stars: This is where I think they excel. Some places have a veneer of politeness but just can't rise to the level of being friendly; that's not what this place is. They have a true spirit of kindness. It starts with adequate staffing and management engagement. Location: 5 Stars: This is what I really appreciated. We are visiting NYC so looking for a hotel with space for 5 in a location that is nice, close to the city and under $300 night so we were looking for the needle in the haystack. This is that needle. Great place to stay. Bus stop across the street, tons of restaurants in walking distance. This place is on my short list when I'm back in the city. I only wish they owned and operated more locations. It does show how having engaged ownership and management can make the different in a stay with cold hand of duty and one that makes you feel at home.
