Unfortunately my husband found a German cockroach in the bathroom. We're switching to a better hotel today because of his find in the bathroom. The hotel here needs a serious update and deep cleaning.

If you're looking to save money, this is a good place to stay, but be sure to bring extra toiletries and bed sheets. The location is great—it's only a 40-minute bus ride to Times Square.

The hotel is in bad shape: peeling wall paint, vending machines with expired snacks, a small cockroach inside the WC, moldy bathtub caulk, clogged shower head, and a humid smell. We checked for bedbugs and there were none, but we sprayed the room with Raid just in case. No bugs were seen again, but we left our luggage closed when going out and didn't dare to use the coffee maker. We stayed in the room for the least possible time to get enough rest from a day in the city. The younger attendant was helpful, but the older lady and gentleman were not very guest-friendly. We didn't change hotels because, during the Holiday week, there was nothing decent available for less than $300. Hotel has free parking and it's about 10-min drive from Secaucus Junction's park&ride where you board trains to Penn Station. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not book it again.

Tv only had 1 channel in English, heater only worked in the day time. I had to shower with my sandals on, definitely didn’t feel comfortable using their towels (looked like someone used them and just folded them back up). OVERALL WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS MOTEL AGAIN. Please do not waste your money and come here you’ll probably be better off going to a Motel 6!
Dec 18, 2024 · Tamia WharryAs soon as we entered the hotel we were not greeted with any hospitality. Gandhi, the receptionist was not very pleasant at all. The carpets were all very dirty. Roaches in bathroom and everywhere. Whole hotel smells of Masala and Curry. Hotel mentioned bed and breakfast but very big disappointment there was none but excuses because of Covid. Gym was mentioned but excuses of Covid. Overall, it's a garbage, trashy, run down Motel managed by very cheap Management. This Motel should not be listed in Choice of Hotel. DISGUSTING.....
