Upon arriving late on the 9th, we noticed the shower rod in our handicap room was broken, causing the shower curtain to hang improperly and not stay closed. This was particularly problematic given the room’s intended accessibility features. We decided to report it the next morning. On the morning of May 10, we informed the front desk about the shower rod issue and requested room cleaning. The staff apologized and assured us it would be addressed promptly. However, when we returned to our room later that day, not only was the shower rod still broken, but the room had not been cleaned at all. The broken shower rod led to water pooling on the bathroom floor during showers, creating a mess and safety concern, especially in a handicap-accessible room. Despite our complaint, no one followed up, and we were neither offered a room change nor any other accommodation to resolve the issue. It’s unacceptable that the staff failed to act on our concerns, particularly in a room designed for accessibility, where functionality is critical. The lack of attention to basic maintenance and housekeeping made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I expected better from a Marriott property, and I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better experiences for future guests.

No chocolate muffins on breakfast bar but orange juice was incredible. Heard strange noises at night. Turned out to be our refrigerator and the other people in my room. Highly recommended. 5 ⭐️

I saw them the next day, went downstairs to wait for them to clean it, but an hour later, it still wasn’t done. The housekeeper was right in front of our room when I asked. I asked again, went downstairs to wait again, and when I came back up, I found out the room door wasn’t working. After that was fixed, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I had to stand outside in my pajamas waiting for them to finally clean it. The cleaning wasn’t thorough — just the bed was made. Breakfast is alright. The water tastes metallic. The pool room is too warm to relax in. The gym is nice. The bedding is not comfortable at all. When you ask for towels, you have to go down and get them yourself from the front desk. The airport shuttle can’t be scheduled a day in advance — it must be requested on the same day, and there’s no guarantee it’ll be available, even though the airport is only six minutes away.
