The stay was horrible. It felt like we were being rushed to leave the hotel the entire time. Every time we would step out they would ask what room number we were in and ask when we were checking out. At one point we stepped outside for about 10 minutes and when we tried to walk back in the hotel we were locked out with our key cards deactivated. We were ringing the service button to get in for about 5 minutes and had to start knocking on the door. When we finally got assistance they, again, asked for our room number, asked for the name, and then went to check the reservation again before letting us in from the cold (18 degrees with a "feel like" -3 degrees and im from Florida!). Everything was a hassle. The Towels looked dirty. The bed was broken. The water pressure on the sink was basically non existent. The shower made noises the entire time the water ran. For some reason they keep the coffee pot for the room in the bathroom which is disgusting. The hotel itself is extremely ran down and the customer service was atrocious. 0/10 do not recommend

This proximity is designed to appeal to travelers seeking quick and easy access to air travel. It is situated on Phillips Lane, a commercial thoroughfare that provides connections to major roads and local attractions. Guests can expect the immediate surroundings to include other hotels, fast-food restaurants, and various commercial businesses typical of an airport-adjacent area. Beyond the airport, the hotel is within a reasonable driving distance of key Louisville attractions such as the Kentucky Exposition Center, Kentucky Kingdom, and Churchill Downs, though these are not directly walkable from the property.
Customer reviews regarding the hotel's physical environment paint a concerning picture. Guests have described the hotel itself as "extremely ran down" and in poor condition. Specific complaints include dirty-looking towels, broken beds, non-existent water pressure at sinks, noisy showers, and the unusual and unhygienic placement of coffee pots in bathrooms. The hallways are also noted as potentially being dirty, with one review mentioning "dirt all in the hallway in front of the room door" (though this specific quote was from a different hotel review, the sentiment about cleanliness issues is echoed by other reviews for this property, specifically mentioning roaches and bed bugs). The overall impression from multiple reviews is that the building's physical state is significantly deteriorated.

Jan 14, 2025 · Manuel RossThe Americans with disabilities act allows dogs of all breeds to accompany their humans in public spaces. The only questions you may ask: is that a service animal? What tasks is it trained to perform? You violated the ADA. Learn the law. Do better.
Jan 14, 2025 · Kandi ReevesThis hotel advertises as pet friendly, but refuses service dogs, refuses people with disabilities that need their animals based on the look of that person's animal. It is illegal to turn away someone and their service animal.Especially when you allow pets not just service animals, you allow pets. Don't stay here , give somebody your money that deserves it
Jan 23, 2025 · Stormy RaineShame on u for not allowing a service dog and a disabled vet to stay at your hotel even though u allow pets. This isn’t just a pet. This is a service animal. The ADA needs to come and fine your company for not complying with ADA laws. It doesn’t matter how big the animal is if it’s a service animal, you’re not allowed to turn them away. This is not how we treat our military service personnel. Also keeping their money in the process is unacceptable. I do hope that the ADA uses your establishment as a warning towards other companies whom try the same thing and shows what will happen if they do. I nor anyone in my family and friends will ever use your company for our needs.
