It was a very lovely stay in this hotel, stayed 6 nights and the room was nice, clean and the service over all very good. Had a little bit of notice from the guest above my room, informed the reception and offered to move to another room. In the end it was not necessary since the guest checked out. Something that is strange to me is that all utensils on the breakfast were disposable. I am Dominican-Spanish and on both countries the utensils in the restaurant are reusable. Hope they change that to help the environment. The pics are from a video.

Personally I had no problems but folks should know it appears this hotel is used for housing. At the breakfast lots of folks stuffing bags of food to eat later. Seems like the first 2-3 floors of the hotel are used to help those needing housing, and not short term travelers. Everyone including residents were pleasant and helpful but just an FYI

We would not stay here again due to the following: *Very slow elevators and only two that are shared with the housekeeping staff so takes forever in the mornings. *Rooms have a 8” wide mini closet and that is the only place to hang or store clothes. So small a room that nowhere to store luggage and had to keep my clothes in my luggage and the try not to trip over it. *Not close to much so had to take a Uber most of the time as was very cold on the walk to subway. For the price there are more convenient places to stay.

The rooms were clean, the hotel is in an excellent location, the free breakfast was actually good (we all know that’s a rarity). The parking garage attendants affiliated with the hotel were great too! A big thank you to everyone for such great service and a wonderful experience!
Jan 20, 2025 · m kWish I had taken photos of our stay! My boyfriend booked us this hotel for a night to celebrate my birthday in Manhattan! We spent a day walking around, taking the subway, shopping, and sight seeing the Christmas decor! Overall great views and accessible to multiple subways tunnels within 10 minute or less walk! Our room was big enough for the two of us and had an incredible view! So happy we stayed!💕
