You are about like 20-30 minutes from central DC. The hotel is in a neighborhood I would not walk around at during the night. I thought parking here and Ubering in was a good idea. The Ubers were about $15-$20 from the hotel to a tourist spot. It would have been better to just drive and find parking during the day. It's a decent hotel in a poor neighborhood. If you are looking for clean and easy this it is.

Jun 18, 2025 · Jim DoohanThe hotel was clean and attractive, the staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the on site parking was easy to access. We were close enough to monuments and such that ride shares weren't too expensive, and there were plenty of food options to have delivered when we were too tired to go out to eat. The free breakfast was okay, too.
Apr 15, 2025 · Michelle TjernstromRoom Number 320 - A Disappointing Experience ... We checked in early around 2:00 PM, n we truly appreciated that the hotel accommodated us before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. That said, I have to be honest, this has been the worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had ... Normally, the name “Marriott” gives me a warm, homey feeling coz I genuinely love Marriott hotels. But this time, I was deeply disappointed. This review is specifically about Room 320. As a habit, the first thing I do when entering a hotel room is check the bathroom ... It's something I really care about. Unfortunately, the commode was not clean at all. I even told my husband that it either needed to be properly cleaned or replaced entirely. Now I wonder why we didn’t just ask for a different room. Usually when u walk into a hotel room, there’s a fresh, pleasant smell like stepping into a peaceful, heavenly space. Instead, what greeted us was the smell of pee. Yes, that exact smell. My husband thought it might be coming from the AC, but to me, it was a damp, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the room. When we travel, we don’t just use our hotel room to sleep, we like to take breaks during the day in between exploring the city. But every time we returned to the room, we looked at each other with the same expression, knowing what we were walking back into ... Now I’m at the airport, heading home, n I still have that smell stuck in my head. I don’t want any explanation or apology ... Just pls know that this was my experience ...
May 19, 2025 · Ayona PereraAn older hotel that shows its age. No food or drink options on site except the little market corner of limited snacks for purchase. Very convenient to Echostage, but otherwise not a great value. If you stay here, get a room on the side of the halls that faces away from the intersection for a bit more quiet. The side with windows facing the intersection is endless car noises and sirens at all hours.
Jun 04, 2025 · A GChecked out online and wanted to say for 2 nights. Price was $100 a night online and when I went in to check the hotel the price jumped up to $150 a night before taxes and deposit. Seemed like a bait and switch on the pricing. Being a disabled veteran I don't deal well with these kinds of things. Found a different hotel.
