Jun 15, 2025 · Marissa5 Stars – Unforgettable Experience Thanks to Ashlee! I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Washington, DC for my bachelorette party, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was—especially thanks to the amazing manager, Ashlee! From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make sure my four friends and I were comfortable and accommodated. She was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Whether it was helping us with room logistics or just offering a kind word, Ashlee made us feel welcomed and valued. Her hospitality added such a personal and memorable touch to our weekend, and I truly hope her leadership and dedication are recognized by her higher-ups. Thank you, Ashlee, for being a bright spot in our celebration! ⸻
May 13, 2025 · Heidi AburaadI recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Washington DC NoMa with my sibling for a short vacation, and overall, we had a great experience. Thanks to the friendly reception staff and the hotel’s excellent location near Union Market — a lively area full of amazing food options — our trip was off to a wonderful start. One thing that stood out was how accommodating the hotel was: they allowed us to check into our room well before the official check-in time, which was a huge help after our travels. The front desk also informed us about their complimentary shuttle service, which was a major plus. The shuttle operates: • 8am - 6pm on weekdays • 10am - 6pm on weekends It covers locations within a one-mile radius, including the NoMa Metro Station, Union Station, and the National Children’s Hospital, offering both drop-off and pick-up services. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our two-night stay. However, I had to deduct one star from my rating due to the WiFi issues. Despite the hotel providing clear instructions to connect, we struggled with internet access throughout our stay. Unfortunately, even after contacting the front desk, a solution couldn’t be found. It might have just been an issue with our particular room, but it was still disappointing — especially since cellular reception (5G) in the area was also spotty. Despite the WiFi setback, the Hampton Inn Washington DC NoMa was otherwise superb and provided a reliable and comfortable base for our DC adventures. I’d still recommend it, particularly for its service, location, and convenient.
Apr 28, 2025 · KAZUI can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Hampton Inn in Washington, D.C. The staff was absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The manager especially stood out with how kind and accommodating they were. We’ve never stayed at a hotel where we felt so genuinely cared for. Ashley was a fantastic manager! From helping us with shuttle arrangements to giving great local recommendations and answering all of our questions, they never once made us feel like a burden. Their hospitality was truly top-tier. We came up from Florida with no real plan and felt instantly comfortable in this wonderful hotel. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-kept—just a great experience all around. If you’re staying in D.C., this is the place to be. Outstanding service and a great home away from home!
Apr 14, 2025 · Mike HoatsRoom was clean. Breakfast had a good variety but fresh cut fruit was missing in spite of there being a sign for it; food quality was mediocre at best. Staff was very friendly. Minus two stars for hiding the fact that parking is $55 a night. If you factor that into the total price, it's not competitive. There should be a big disclaimer in red text informing you that parking is not included.
