A solid location. Near to attractions, metro and bus stops. Making travelling convenient. If you stay in a group. Rides will also be a good economical option to travel around. Still largely dependant on the timing though. As for the hotel itself. Had good beds to rest up. Largely of the opinion on soft beds than hard ones. Nice coffee dispenser on the second floor for guest as well as water dispensers. Amenities are adequate as well. Breakfast pricing was reasonable and had complimentary drinks one time when we were here. Views was okay as we were facing the roads on our stay. And the staff were friendly and amicable

May 25, 2025 · Sean WinDDrunnerI can not say enough good things about this hotel. The building, lobby, coffee room and accommodations were all extremely clean, updated, and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was quiet, the beds/pillows were super comfy. They even provide a robe for guests. To add on, I had to contact customer service because my charge did not equal the rate I was quoted at check in. They took my call quickly and issued an immediate refund for the difference. No questions asked. That was a real surprise in today's world! Walk to Amtrak from this hotel.
Jan 15, 2025 · Mary Kay ShinaNot the hotels fault but the parking garage is so hard to find. It's literally down the side alley behind the hotel i drove past it 3 times. The room was clean. View was towards the business office which kept its lights on ALL night. Great customer service. You get a drink voucher to the pub next door and it includes soft beverages. There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar on the 2nd floor.
Mar 11, 2025 · Tericka MobleyJust attended a meeting at Phoenix Park Hotel and had a fantastic experience! Feb 24, 2025 · Frank PalaciosJust came home from DC, and couldn't wait to write a review about this place. One word: Excellent. The best hotel experience in a very long time. Good people with a warm welcome, good and always accessible coffee. Excellent (but busy!) restaurant on site. Large king room. Perfect location for Metro and Amtrak.
