Stayed here for a special birthday! It was a lovely stay, they brought birthday cake which was very nice. The front desk and all staff (especially Eddie the bell person) were really warm and kind. Truthfully, we did experience some cleanliness issues and found hair from previous guests in several places in the bathroom. The suite was great. Overall, I prefer the service of the Four Seasons Downtown hotel as they truly go out of their way to delight guests with treats, champagne and fresh flowers and the staff try to get to know guests more than at this location. The hotel manager Yogesh shared below that he reached out to me and personally resolved the issue and that never happened. It has been 2 weeks and I never heard from him. I will not be returning to this location for a stay.

Apr 02, 2025 · NolaStopped in for lunch at the 57th Street Four Seasons restaurant The Garden. The atmosphere and staff were what you would expect from the four seasons, top notch. The food on the other hand was, I'll say slightly above average, and that's me being polite. I'm likely biased as a result of frequenting Ravello's restaurant in the Four Seasons Orlando. If you haven't eaten there, you need to fly into Orlando immediately and do so. Seriously. In New York We sampled a Winter Salad, Spaghetti Pomodoro, Polpette della Nonna, and Fussili alla Bolognese. To be fair the Polpette della Nonna was quite good. As a side note the non-alcoholic Opzione Zero Spritz was amazing.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. I would like to see the bathrooms updated a little more. Nice lounge area and ideal for business or pleasure. A good choice if you are in NYC for a short visit.

The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with all the luxurious touches one would expect from a brand like Four Seasons. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the in-room amenities were top-notch.
