The Sherry-Netherland is in a perfect location for accessing the park and everything midtown. The beds are very comfortable and the showers have amazing pressure which is welcome for NYC. The staff is also quite attentive and very helpful. The rooms were clean whilst still having an old world charm to them. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a great spot in midtown NYC.

Mar 29, 2025 · G MDNCThe location of the hotel is excellent! It’s on 5th avenue and close to great shopping. All the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. I was a bit worried I would hear street traffic from my room, but didn’t. The service is wonderful and fast. If you need anything, call the concierge and they help you immediately. The hotel is also dog friendly. They provided my puppy a dog bed, water dish and food bowl. I would stay there again.

I called to speak to someone in reservations and got Mariana, a lovely young lady who couldn't have been more sweet, attentive and helpful. She took the time to give me lots of information about the various types of rooms that will be available during our stay, and she was in every way very helpful and accomodating. With employees like Mariana, I am confident our stay will be a very enjoyable experience!

Dec 27, 2024 · Scott CourtneyThe hotel staff were amazing. The room was comfy but would I say 3000+ for a few days comfy. No. Park was across the street but the view was the courtyard. It’s just a cement square with no activity. Only problem I had was the room had an odor when we would turn the air off.
