Loews Regency New York

Loews totally lived up to the hype! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The bar food was amazing, and they squeezed us in even when it was packed. My waiter, Henry, was the best – such a great guy. I wish I could've tipped him more, but I'll definitely be back with friends. And that front desk person the night before was a lifesaver; I really appreciated her kindness. Can't wait to go back!

The suite was comfortable and its size was good . The service in the Hotel, in the rooms and in the breakfast was also good. The location in the Upper east side is good and it is close to Central Park , shopping avenues and some good restaurants . The Hotel is nevertheless expensive for what it gives . It has hardly any lobby to speak of , leave alone an area where guests can sit and order a drink or a snack or just talk on the phone, nor does it have more than its one restaurant and bar. A Hotel with equivalent stars should have many . One night there was brown water in the sink and other taps . That situation lasted till morning and was quite shocking . Although the Hotel gave compensation for this , it shouldn't have happened .It is better than average but good at best

My mom and I just stayed at the Loews Regency last night and had the most amazing experience! Abdul, at reception could not have been more wonderful and was able to upgrade us to this incredible suite making such a special memory for my mom and I. The location of this hotel is perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk from Bloomingdale’s, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of midtown. The broader Loews team Rosina, Rinzen and Juan were also so wonderful in making this the perfect stay!

Loved my entire time! I had an amazing experience last week while I was visiting from Australia! The location and the rooms were beautiful and especially loved the bar downstairs! I was meeting a friend and I went downstairs to wait and get a martini and was pleasantly surprised at the conversation that followed with one of the bartenders! As an Australian we tend to have a conversations with everybody and sometimes not everyone is in the mood but my bartender Staycy was lovely and Very attentive to my needs! Not only did she suggests Delicious food recommendations like the lobster roll but she also gave me lots of ideas for me to do around the city. I usually don't do reviews, but I couldn't pass up this opportunity to Let you know what a great staff member you have and felt like I was talking to a long lost friend! I will definitely be back in the city and will be staying again! And I'll definitely be back for one of the coldest martinis I've ever had!

Super cosy rooms, spacious and clean with a little kitchen, just cups of coffee and tea are missing. people at the reception are really friendly as the bell boy and valet Quiet rooms and they are spacious. Breakfast is good and generous. Just one bad point for the service at the bar,on the 31 of December is quite fair compared to the standing of the hotel.
