⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Baltimore. The rooms were fresh, spacious, and super clean the sheets looked and felt new, and I didn’t see a single spot of rust in the shower, which is a big deal for me when staying in hotels. The TV in the room was large, and I had no issues connecting my Xbox and playing online, which made my downtime even more enjoyable. The breakfast setup was also impressive. One of the highlights was being able to make my own waffles from scratch with whipped cream and blueberries honestly one of the best hotel breakfast experiences I’ve had in a while. While the surrounding area isn’t the most ideal, the hotel itself is a gem secure, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Baltimore. Five stars all around!

Jun 17, 2025 · Richard WilliamsI don't even know where to being. I had a family emergency at the local hospital that I had to travel for. I checked in to your hotel, the staff all around, check in, when I would leave and come back, when I checked out, we're absolutely the best! Nice, smiles on their face, sympathetic, helpful, absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Hotel was very clean, and I could not believe how quiet it was for where it is located! As soon as you walk through the doors, the world is shut off behind you. Room clean, bed comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a terrible situation, bearable. I am forever grateful.
May 12, 2025 · Page MorrisonI travel nearly every other week for work. Hilton owned hotels in a variety of states and even though I have drastically noticed a decline in cleanliness (especially in the bathrooms) I have never in my life run into this before. I went to use the restroom and turned around and there was legitimately human feces on the toilet tank lid and wall. I noticed the toilet had trouble flushing so I’m guessing a previous guest tried fixing it with fecal matter on their hands only to leave some behind. The fact this bathroom wasn’t cleaned or wiped down thoroughly and there was fecal matter in the room I paid to stay in is absolutely vile. How is it sanitized? I often notice hair remnants in the shower as well across Hilton’s as a whole. But this is a whole new level and a complete biohazard. I reported it to the front desk where at first I was told “nothing can be done.” Now I get the girl probably didn’t know what to do, it’s a unique case, but who in their right mind wouldn’t automatically move someone to a new room after hearing that? She came up and cleaned it herself which I greatly appreciated, however, it left me wondering of the cleanliness of the room in general. What about people who are immunocompromised? Children? Elderly? Anyone in general. This is unacceptable and I’m disgusted at the complete decline of Hilton’s as a whole and the cleanliness. I took a Snapchat video that night to document. This is a first and I will not be staying there again.
Jun 12, 2025 · Michelle BresnahanOne night stay at this hotel on May 23, 2025 I have stayed at another Hampton Inn in the past so I expected the same level professional standard like the previous stay. Went to get a shower for a night out and immediately noticed the shower head completely off the wall. While showering the glass suddenly opens and literally grab the sliding door handle so the shower door won't open completely. Went to wash hands in the bathroom sink and faucet moves with each motion, turn on/off adjust the water temperature from hot to cold. I didn't report it immediately before leaving hotel for night because I didn't want anyone in my room while I was out for the night. Saturday morning went downstairs to eat breakfast and they had the usual breakfast items, cereal, waffles, bagels, orange juice. They had powdered eggs and sausage & gravy. I asked if they had turkey sausage or any other meat than pork. The kitchen worker replied that's it only sausage & gravy. I made a egg sandwich to go. We went upstairs grabbed our belongs and went to checkout. We still have 2 more hours before 11am checkout. I immediately went to front desk to complain about the breakfast and told her the condition of the room. I showed her the pictures of the shower head completely off the wall and video of the faucet. She apologized for the room. I do have pictures and video. Very disappointing stay.
May 28, 2025 · Janice MarshallGreat family hotel. The staff are wonderful. The hotel super clean. The beds comfy. Breakfast was lovely. They even have to go breakfast bags if you don't have time for breakfast. My daughter enjoyed the pool. It was close to downtown. We have no complaints. Would happily stay there again and again.
