Long story short, it was fine but we will seek other hotels next time. The room itself was clean and all that, but it was oddly shaped. It was a big space with a couch and chairs on the sides with no table in to eat at. The free breakfast was pretty good with many options though. That was definitely a plus. The worst part was the pool smelled rancid and the water had a greenish color. I didn't feel safe putting my kids in that water and it was part of the reason we chose this hotel so it was dissapointing. Overall we will choose somewhere else on our way back home. We only have booked the first night with the intention of booking again if we liked it, and we didn't. It's not terrible, but I'm sure there are better options.

Positive feedback consistently praises the hotel's cleanliness, describing it as "very clean" with comfortable "beds & pillows." The staff at check-in received commendations for being "very friendly & polite," contributing to a welcoming initial experience. The complimentary breakfast is a major highlight, with guests finding it "pretty good with many options," and "definitely a plus." Its suitability for a "decent place to sleep for the night after a concert that was close to the venue" underscores its functional appeal for event-goers. The hotel's ability to "adequately fit the bill" for a comfortable overnight stay is a recurring sentiment, with one guest stating they "definitely stay there again."
However, one review also points out a significant disappointment concerning the indoor pool: "the pool smelled rancid and the water had a greenish color." This critical observation directly impacted the guest's decision to not allow their children to use the pool, despite it being a primary reason for choosing the hotel. This highlights that while amenities are offered, their condition is crucial to guest satisfaction. The same review also mentioned the room being "oddly shaped" with no table to eat at, which, while minor, affected the overall convenience for their family. The overall sentiment from this guest, while acknowledging the room was clean, was to "seek other hotels next time" and that "there are better options," indicating that the pool issue was a significant detractor from an otherwise acceptable stay.
Thus, while general room comfort and breakfast quality are positive, the condition of specific amenities like the pool can significantly influence the guest experience and overall satisfaction. Consistency in maintaining all facilities is key for properties like Hampton Inn, which are chosen for their reliability and range of amenities.

Mar 31, 2025 · Christopher PruettVery clean, beds & pillows were comfortable. Staff at check-in was very friendly & polite. I was only there for a day, so I didn't have any more interaction with staff after check-in. We were looking for a decent place to sleep for the night after a concert that was close to the venue. The Hampton Inn more than adequately fit the bill. I'd definitely stay there again.
Apr 13, 2025 · Marc Steelerooms are comfortable and roomy. the ac heat are a little finicky but not a deal breaker. staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good but coffee could have been better. Definitely a nice stay
May 10, 2025 · AF TNice hotel with nice staff. Breakfast had amazing options. Bed was a little soft for me and the pillows weren't great but overall nice place to stay!
May 17, 2025 · Mae PetrieI would give this hotel one star because the room we stayed was very dirty. There were crumbs all over the floor. Bathroom floor was sticky and also dirty with some stains. It was really bad experience for us. Their free breakfast was not good either. The lady at the reception desk was not nice. When I complained about the room, She said, “Sorry the room was not up to YOUR standard”. How rude!!!!
