The two room sweet was nice, but the rooms could use an upgrade in general. They were pretty clean, but noticed dust in corners, a few small hairs on bathroom floor. The beds were really comfortable. Shower had good pressure and was hot.

Dec 27, 2024 · Ms DeeStayed here one night on New Year’s Eve. Did a 2 bedroom suite due to it being under $240 for the night, which is really good on New Year’s. There was also a $10 parking fee which I didn’t notice when booking. Weird there was a fee for this location, but it’s on me for not looking. The location is right off the highway, which is nice. Check in started off good. Both ladies at front desk were really nice. Recognized my platinum status and gift. We knew we’d need late check out due to event we were going to. I brought this up at check in, and she put us down for 1pm platinum status check out. Things went down hill after this. Room keys didn’t work, which lead to having to go to front desk multiple times. They were still nice, and the 2 maintenance guys who fixed it were nice too. This is our third issue with hotel housekeeping this month, and it’s hard to find a hotel now in the North East with good housekeeping. There was no soap in either bathroom. Front desk brought us soap. One shower was disgusting and didn’t drain. Other had two shampoos (one empty) and no body wash. Floors felt dirty on your feet. Thought it’d have a sofa bed, but it didn’t. Couch and chair are both gross. Towels are stained and smell like shit care products/cheap perfume. Other issues we had is a foot race above our room most of the stay. Despite signs for marijuana use fees people were smoking marijuana cause our room would randomly smell like it. Also, we didn’t do breakfast due to sleeping in. Most hotels that do complimentary breakfast have coffee out all day. Went down around 11am and there was none.
Jan 01, 2025 · Aaron CSTAY AWAY!!!!!!! The photos on the website are not a true representation of what you will experience, not even close! I have photos that reflect this. I stayed at this nightmare and poor excuse of a hotel for one night. December 19, 2024, Suite 107. As this was a birthday gift from my children, I didn't have the heart to make a fuss while I was there despite being livid!!! This hotel is FILTHY and I am disgusted that the room wasn't even partially cleaned prior to our arrival. Floors had debrit and were dirty, carpets not vacuumed. Much of the filth was evidently recent, food and beverage spills that were obvious on the tables. All of the appliances were all grimy with smears and looked shot up and however, further to that there was additional filth that has clearly been around for a LONG time, the windows were smeared with substances. There is no excuse for this blatent negligence. Shameful! The furniture, carpet and mattresses looked like a cat clawed it, fabric shredded. The sofa felt like you were sitting on a cinderblock. I had to go to Target and buy lysol wipes and personally clean the suite myself. Aware I could have called to request a clean however, I had zero trust in the integrity of anyone posing as a cleaner. The weasel at the front desk charged my children an extra $20 for being mere minutes late checking out. Only a few minutes after 11am. I may be wrong but the website states Noon. Either way, that's petty. You're lucky I wasn't aware at the time. I'm certain nobody was breaking down the door to clean the room, it was significantly cleaner upon our departure than it was upon our arrival! I spent travel, time, gas, money and effort to clean filth that should have been done by those employed there. It took more time for me to clean than it did the slight over stay. Pathetic, do better! If you have any interest in assuming responsibility of your neglect or in rectifying this mess of a disappointing experience then credit my kids some of their hard earned money. I'm not interested in talking to anyone because there is absolutely no excuse for this and we will never be back!
