Together with other families from a youth volleyball team we stayed here for one night. We were hesitant based on numerous recent negative reviews, but it turned out to be a great stay! Staff were all very friendly, security included. The parking lot had adequate lighting and we did not see any questionable characters outside the hotel. We always felt safe during our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and mostly renovated (carpet seemed a bit dates). But this is what one should expect at a hotel in this price range. Parents gathered in the atrium area just outside the pool area in the evening. We were asked to go to our rooms around 1130 by security after noise complaints were received. But that’s to be expected as the rooms facing this area would be susceptible to noise, and guests are all there for various reasons, so was not an issue for us. It was nice to have a spacious common area to socialize as guests! We had an overall very positive experience! I would definitely recommend MHotel to other families and sports teams.

May 11, 2025 · Dana KerimogluWe were in town for one night only. This place had okay reviews when we booked. When we got there, the parking lot was dark and there was a strange woman in a beat up car parked in the lot watching everyone. That’s never good and made us feel unsafe. We went in anyway. The pool room looked dated but kind of nice. However, we were given some weird speech about why we couldn’t use the pool by an unsettling maintenance worker. It ended with “you should see it when there’s puke in the pool”. Uh…..okay…. Next, the elevators were falling apart and the floor on the second floor was torn up. I was hoping it was remodeling. Pretty sure it wasn’t. The room itself was dated and filthy. The paint was peeling. The bath tub was stained and falling apart and the shower curtain was pre-wet -/ as in it was wet when we got there. Plus it smelled and was black on the bottom. The inside of the door seemed like it had been broken into before…????? Do you know what I mean? Anyway — we got the hell out of there at 10:30 pm and got a room at the Holiday Inn. Now I’m just hoping I don’t get charged the 250 they fraudulently charge everyone else. Do not stay here.
Mar 31, 2025 · Colleen McCoySkeptical after reading some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was outstanding. Only issue i had was the hot water when I took a shower. The only reason I gave you a 4. The hotel was beautiful. I travel a lot on business so I've stayed in some good and bad hotels. The M is at the top of my list.
Apr 04, 2025 · Dana PorterThis place is trash. $175 a night for a hotel room that doesn't even have a shower that functions. Only three pillows on a king size bed. But just ghetto top to bottom. This is a hood hotel trying to pass itself off as some type of luxury hotel. We spoke with the staff while we were staying there and none of them had anything good to say about the place in fact they warned us not to eat there. Staying here is like cruising through the bad part of town with your windows rolled down.
May 18, 2025 · steve bellTerrible. DO NOT stay here unless you want your room to be broken into while you’re sleeping. When first coming to the hotel there was instantly an off feeling. The lobby is a façade it has a fountain and it looks like a pretty decent hotel but, that’s only what they want you to see. The parking lot is VERY dark. There were sketchy people sitting by the elevators of the hotel that clearly weren’t staying there. When we got to the room it was very outdated and paint was peeling off the walls, the floor was broken, and there was grime all over the bathroom and corners of the room. The staff here are also very unpleasant not just rude but straight up mean and sketchy. We overhear the staff taking about people they call “the watchers” which are people that watch and wait for people to leave their rooms or fall asleep so they can break into their room. Once we heard that we decided to leave ASAP. We packed up our things and immediately left. There was also a lady sitting in a busted up car when we got there and she was still there when we left (about and hour and a half later). Nobody should stay here and I’m not sure why it’s still open. Be warned.
