I stayed here for five days and the room was ok, but on two occasions I found what looked like female hair in the shower, I informed the front desk staff and I was just told that it may be hair from the housekeeper, which was nasty, gross and disgusting. Front Desk Staff need more training on how to talk to customers, they don't welcome you, they make you feel like you are bothering them ( only a young boy at the front desk smiles and is polite to the guest ).

Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees Introduce

Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees, located at 320 NJ-73, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, USA, is a hotel operating under the widely recognized Hampton by Hilton brand. When local users search on the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform, the Hampton Inn name typically evokes expectations of consistent quality, friendly service, and a comfortable stay, often including complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. However, recent customer reviews for this specific location present a starkly contrasting and highly concerning picture, indicating a significant deviation from these expected brand standards.

The environment at Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees, as described by recent guests, appears to be deeply problematic and far from the inviting atmosphere typically associated with the brand. Instead of a clean and welcoming space, reviews detail a "disgusting" overall impression. Specifically, cleanliness is a major point of contention, with reports of "dirty rooms," "stained sheets," and visible hair in showers, which guests found "nasty, gross and disgusting." The mention of mattresses covered in factory plastic, leading to uncomfortable sweating, also contributes to a negative environmental perception. Beyond the immediate room conditions, the broader atmosphere is painted as "unsafe and unsettling." Guests have reported witnessing "police on the premises almost every day" and observing an "obvious presence of drug dealers and prostitution." This description fundamentally undermines any sense of security or relaxation, making it "not the kind of place you want to sleep at night." Such conditions indicate a significant departure from the safe and family-friendly environment that Hampton Inn aims to provide.

The services offered at Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees, particularly customer service, appear to be a critical area of failure according to guest reviews. While Hampton Inn generally prides itself on its "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and friendly staff, the feedback here describes the staff as "rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful." Guests reported being met with "eye rolls and condescending attitudes" when attempting to address issues. This contrasts sharply with the expectation of polite and welcoming service, with one guest noting that only "a young boy at the front desk smiles and is polite to the guest." The handling of cleanliness complaints, where a guest was "just told that it may be hair from the housekeeper," demonstrates a lack of proper training and professionalism in addressing guest concerns. Housekeeping services are also heavily criticized, with comments indicating "no real effort was being made to keep the place clean." While Hampton Inn typically offers complimentary hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi, the pervasive issues with cleanliness and staff demeanor suggest that even these standard amenities might not compensate for the overall negative experience. The provided contact numbers, (856) 751-1212 and +1 856-751-1212, are available for communication, but the reviews indicate that direct interaction with staff regarding issues has been largely unsatisfactory.

Key features of Hampton Inn rooms typically include comfortable beds, a work desk, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker, and complimentary Wi-Fi. While the physical room structure might be standard, the reported conditions severely compromise these features. The "mattresses covered in plastic" are a highly unusual and uncomfortable feature that directly impacts sleep quality. The general lack of cleanliness means that even if the room contains standard amenities, their usability and appeal are diminished. The presence of "dirty rooms" and "stained sheets" suggests that basic hygiene features are not being met. These issues make it difficult for guests to appreciate any standard features. While Hampton Inn usually provides amenities like a fitness center or a pool, no specific details or positive mentions of these features are available in the provided critical reviews, which focus heavily on fundamental issues of cleanliness and safety. The location on NJ-73 is convenient for accessibility, placing it within reach of local attractions and businesses in Voorhees Township and the greater Philadelphia area. However, the internal conditions reported by guests overshadow any locational benefits.

For promotional information, Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees, like other hotels in the "Hotels Near Of Me" category, would typically highlight its brand reputation, amenities like free breakfast and Wi-Fi, and its convenient location. However, the severe warnings from recent customers serve as a powerful counter-narrative. Phrases like "Horrible Experience – Stay Away!" and "Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had," are strong deterrents. The explicit mention of "police on the premises almost every day," "drug dealers and prostitution," and the unsafe atmosphere directly contradict any positive promotional messaging a hotel might attempt. These reviews essentially transform the hotel's public perception from a reliable Hampton Inn to a problematic accommodation choice. Therefore, while the hotel's contact information (phone: (856) 751-1212, mobile: +1 856-751-1212) is available for booking, potential guests are strongly advised to consider the detailed and highly negative experiences shared by previous visitors. The reviews suggest that guests should prioritize their safety, health, and comfort above any brand recognition or perceived convenience this particular location might offer, and seek alternative accommodations in the area.

**Title: Horrible Experience – Stay Away!** I wish I could give this place zero stars. My stay here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The customer service was beyond terrible — the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Any time I had a question or issue, I was met with eye rolls and condescending attitudes. The housekeeping was even worse. Rooms were dirty, sheets were stained, and it was clear that no real effort was being made to keep the place clean. Nevertheless, the mattress are covered in plastic (the king of plastic they come from the factory) therefore, expect to sweat all night. Disgusting!! What made things even more disturbing was the environment itself. I witnessed police on the premises almost every day, which wasn’t surprising given the obvious presence of drug dealers and prostitution. The atmosphere was unsafe and unsettling — not the kind of place you want to sleep at night. I’m beyond grateful that I’ll never have to subject myself to this kind of environment again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Well to start off when got there, a woman with a cat knocked from a window above creepingly holding a kitten. She was actually on the floor where our room was and police had to escort her out, right in front of our room. Our two young daughters were kinda spooked, but after that situation everything turned around. The room was clean and spacious, a little bit of an echo to it. Tv and remote worked, and had kids channels. The shower was a little confusing but was solid with the warm water. The breakfast in the morning was good with a respectable selection, from omelettes and ham, to cereal and yogurt, bagels and juices ec. The pool was small but comfortable and the kids really enjoyed it. The people working there were very helpful with answering questions and helping us when checking out. Will definitely return on our next trip through New Jersey!

We got a room as diamond members (both) and told them we worked nights and would need a floor thats quiet during the day and instead we got the room service knocking (even with the sign) constantly slamming doors and doing this annoying thing where instead of propping the door open the put a bucket or something and continuously let the door slam into it. Also vacuuming outside our door for like 40 minutes. The person at the front desk asked me “whats up” from the lounge pants of coming over to help me. Just over all bad. Im switching to Marriott hilton gets worse and worse for business travel. The cleaning staff has a serious attitude to.

ADA beware!!! While the room was clean, and the hotel was nice, the staff need termination, and/or retraining. I arrived on the evening of 3/19. Paying to stay till Friday 3/21. I had recently left my license at my previous address temporarily, before my new move in dat on 4/1. Everything I m about to reveal is all recorded. Cause I'm not stupid. My fiancee who was added as a guest showed his ID and signed for the room. They then told him he needed to pay 75.00 security. Which gain fine. I went in payed for it was told by DANIELLE that because credentials were shown that my ADA animal wasn't charged. I have an ID and a drs. Note for my animal. All was fine, the next morning when I went outside to smoke a cigarette I had left my key in the room. I was braided because I didn't have my license, which was made clear the night before. The manager( a skinny masculine Spanish female) said she would walk me up, my son was asleep and my service animal were up stairs so she claimed she had to let me in after verbally across the lobby yelling and asking if my name was on the Reservation. She then opens my door, my son who had woken in that time was asked who is this, he responds that's my mom. She says I just have to be sure, I said that's fine I get it. Not ten minutes later the room phone rings she says this management( this whole conversation I have recorded) you need to bring down $75 security or you have to leave, I respond unpaid that last night, she says no you payed for your pet, in response I said no he's AN ADA service animal b she says no he's not. I said excuse me? She's says whats wrong with you what does he do. I said I don't really need to tell you that but he's for anxiety he loves his weight on me to suppress my central nervous system to calm me down. She at you need to leave or I'll call the cops. I said no need I'll call them my self. Which I did(again all is recorded) the sweetest cutest officer responds. Asks me if I would be willing to come downstairs so she doesn't have to go up and down, I synod course. On the way down sya something about policy and my only response is Federal Law trumps policy everytime. She then say will I wait a moment while she speaks to her Sargent. Of course. She comes back and says he said they absolutely can not charge you for an ADS animal and that it could have civil liabilities. All I then ask her if she would please include it all in the report so I can give it to my attorney, she was more than happy to. My fiancee then comes back from work(all also recorded) and asks what's going on, she goes on to explain once I brought up cops I was out, this manager threatened me with police all I said was I'll call them myself, so she on camera blantely lied on camera, the cops told her their would be a civil suit and facts are I will not settle unless her job and Danielle's is included in this suit, y'all screwed up bad...real bad. the bottom line is my 4yr old son, my fiancee, and myself were kicked out of a hotel for not paying a few for an ADA animal. They can claim what they want but it's all recorded. GOOD LUCK!!! The funniest part is there is, is tjis MAGGIE SANDCHEZ" has multiple customer serviçe complaints my video evidence is gonna hang her..u can disagree all you want, the difference is your in a position of professionalism, I am not lol dum dum
