The room was fine, but the road noise was very loud. We were on the 6th floor & the sounds were so loud you would think the window was open. I made sure to pick a room on the parking lot side away from main streets. I can't imagine a street side room! Luckily, I brought my white noise machine so I was able to sleep. I was able to check in digitally & pick my room. But, the key never appeared in the app. Since I had to give them my car info at the front desk; it wasn't too big a deal. But, you should be able to do this all in the app since it is kind of the point! The app would not let me check out digitally, which was a hassle because we had already left the lot & had to drive around the block & come to the front desk. So, make sure you check out before leaving the lot! Overall the hotel was very clean & modern looking. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. It is located conveniently to Volunteer park, worlds fair park & UT.

This is a factor for light sleepers, though measures like a white noise machine can help mitigate it.

The hotel's commitment to the Hampton brand's "100% Hampton Guarantee" provides guests with an assurance of satisfaction. May 07, 2025 · Les MStaff was very friendly and helpful. Found an empty cup and lid on bed upon check in and dried up food on floor. Road noise and church bells were horrible despite the white noise machine and ear plugs. Treadmill was broken and elliptical was so out of level that it couldn't be used. Free weights and bench were nice. Location is excellent if you don't need sleep! Breakfast was OK Powdered eggs and sausage were cold, but plenty of assortment. Waffles were good!
Mar 27, 2025 · Jason RuppBad experience. Had car problems in the area so checked in last minute for a room with the front desk. I had a newborn and a 3 yr old with me and was panicked. 2 hours later my car problems got resolved (faster than planned) so I checked out before 4 and they wouldn’t give me a refund or any credit. I went to a Hampton because my family are honors members and was highly disappointed in the service. Room was very small and pool was tiny.
Apr 22, 2025 · Jessica McKinnonThis is the place to stay. First, the service is top notch. Better than I’ve had in many higher end hotels. The staff were helpful and friendly - southern hospitality at its finest. Mason and Anthony (Ant) were fantastic and made sure our stay was perfect from check-in to check-out. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great! I wish I had realized there was a sound machine because the road traffic can be a bit loud, but otherwise you can’t beat the location. Stay here and go catch Ant playing professional arena football as a bonus!
Nov 19, 2024 · Sarah Marie HubanExpect signifigant road noise which is a fair trade for the location. Room had ear plugs & white noise machine which helped. Room as expected, Staff was great, clean property and breakfast was typical. Request bedding for sofa mattress at check-in if needed. Was not in room, but front desk quickly provided a clean setup.
