We loved our stay at the Hilton in Knoxville. It is conveniently located right off the highway and just a short walk from shopping, park, restaurants, nightlife, etc. We got in late but still had the chance to get a bite to eat from the on-site restaurant and to food was fresh and flavorful. It also conveniently has a Starbucks on site for an easy morning. Elise at the front desk was super helpful and courteous, excellent customer service.

Standard room amenities typically include comfortable Hilton Serenity Beds, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with expanded cable channels (including HBO), refrigerators, and coffee makers. The hotel often participates in Hilton's sustainability initiatives, having received awards such as the Orchid Award from the Knoxville Beautification Board and being ISO 14001 Green Certified, which may appeal to environmentally conscious travelers.
The Hilton Knoxville frequently offers promotions, especially for Hilton Honors members, which can include discounted rates, points accrual for free nights, and benefits like complimentary Wi-Fi and digital check-in/digital key. Guests can check the official Hilton website or various booking platforms for current offers like "Dog Days of Summer" or "Triple Header" promotions, which might be available seasonally.
Customer reviews offer a mixed but generally positive perspective. The location is consistently highlighted as a major strong point, with guests loving its walkability to shopping, parks, restaurants, and nightlife. The on-site dining, particularly for its freshness and flavor, also receives commendation. The helpfulness and courtesy of the front desk staff are frequently mentioned as positives, contributing to a pleasant stay.
However, some reviews point out areas where the hotel might fall short of a perceived 4-star experience, such as issues with hot water, the absence of water fountains, a sometimes-closed pool, and the lack of in-room microwaves (or an old communal one). These aspects lead some guests to feel that the amenities don't fully justify the cost. Despite these criticisms, the overall consensus is that the Hilton Knoxville is a clean, comfortable, and well-located option, especially for those prioritizing immediate access to downtown Knoxville's core attractions and the Convention Center. Its convenience often outweighs minor amenity shortcomings for many travelers seeking "Hotels Near Of Me" in this vibrant city.

May 20, 2025 · Emily HubbardYou're basically just paying for the location here. There’s no hot water, and no water fountain, and the pool is closed. There's no microwave in the room, and the one available outside is very old and barely functional. Everything else is decent—nothing fancy or special—Definitely not worth the cost based on the amenities provided. Honestly, this doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel—more like a 3-star, maybe
Apr 07, 2025 · behshid kasmaieBooked a room that with a a pullout couch included, which was much preferred as we were traveling with children. Got to the room after check-in and the room was set up so that there was no way to access the couch. The couch was too close to the bed and also included 2 side tables and a coffee table around it. Wish I would've been able to have the amenities in the room I paid for!
May 17, 2025 · AbbyGood place for a conference. It's within walking distance of all the downtown restaurants which is awesome. The rooms are nice. Only real problem is the windows don't block very much sound so any sound outside of the hotel you'll hear it inside.
Mar 06, 2025 · Isaac WiensThis hotel is more like a 2 star hotel. Expensive and you have to pay to park also. Ridiculous! There are no extras and our view was horrible in a big beautiful city. All you are paying for is the location because it is great.
