I’ll give them 5 stars. Nice area. Nice hotel. Nice amenities. Parking isn’t bad. They have their own covered garage. Downside is that you’ll pay $35 a night for it. But this is Boston. Nothing’s cheap. Mail lobby is nice; it’s on the second floor which is confusing when you first arrive. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. My room (pictured), while it isn’t huge, it’s fine for 1-2 people. Single king bed. Decent-sized bathroom. Chair. Desk. Small closet. The usual stuff. The hotel has complimentary breakfast. Nice layout. And this area is always open if you just have some extra time to read or people-watch. They also have an outdoor patio area (see pic). Very nice. No pool but their workout room is surprisingly large (another pic). Plenty of nice restaurants around, all a short walk. And Target and a bunch of other stores in a mall across the street.

Let me start by saying I am a Hilton Honors member. We stayed here for 2 nights while we moved our son out of his dorm at college. We thought the facility was smoke free so we reported on check out someone near our room had been smoking. We returned home and realized WE were charged for smoking ($250 fee). Obviously this was a mistake, so we called to politely get this reversed. We were then ACCUSED of smoking (over the phone) by staff we had never met, stating they 'use a device to tell if someone had been smoking' and refused to reverse the charges. He then sent my call to a manager who then laughed at me and told me I was transferred to the 'wrong' manager and again transferred my call to the 'general manager' where I was then sent to a voicemail. Do not stay here. The facility is nice. The staff, mattresses and lighting in the room are TERRIBLE. But beyond the things you can overlook when exhausted -- being accused of something you did not do is unacceptable. Disrespectful and disgraceful. We travel to Boston a good bit. We will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn again. There are plenty of places to stay other than Hampton Inn where they lie and falsely charge. Cost for 2 nights: $641. Cost for parking per day: $35. False smoking charges: $250. UPDATE 5/15/2025: Still have NOT received a credit $250 from Hampton Inn. And yes Hampton Inn management, I have checked with my bank - nothing is pending.

This was a large accessible room. Everything was easily accessible wish the refrigerator was a little larger, but worthy. Lighting wasn't the greatest some parts of the room were darker than the others. The bathroom was clean, the water pressure was less than desired but bearable. Problem with the toilet when we arrived but was quickly fixed by housekeeping. Decent location close to The Track at New Balance. Actually not a bad location within the arsenal yards so all easy access and within walking distances. Garage access is odd you park them have to walk out and over to get into the hotel. Just got home from staying at this hotel. Check my account to see an additional charge for "smoking cleaning fee". The front desk person said they have a device that "proves" when someone smoked in a room. I forgot the part about smoke that keeps it from traveling through the air. Maybe this is why you cant smoke within 100 feet or so of hospitals. This is disgraceful. Never staying at a hampton inn if this is the kind of circus they run. Fraudulently charging customers for smoking in rooms. You should be ashamed for stealing from people. I'd give it zero stars if possible. Laughable they can't even find the source of cigarette smoke when someone reports it trying to be a good customer.

This is hands down the best Hampton inn I been in. Here for work group that was traveling across states. Every person I interacted with has been amazing. Shout out to Mya, Elizabeth, Mitch, and Michael. My group checked in and process was amazing. Conference room is nice and suitable for big group. Rooms are clean and updated.Great location and was within our budget. Will definitely be back personally or professionally.
