We’re admittedly about a year late in writing this review, but as my wife and I approach our second anniversary and prepare for a move, we came across your card, Ms. Reginè. The moment we saw it, we knew we had to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for you. You played such a special role in making our first anniversary truly memorable, and we are beyond grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Your service was absolutely amazing, and every recommendation you provided was spot on. You went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect, and that has stayed with us even after all this time. The hotel charges a $20 cancellation fee even when canceling a month in advance. This was associated with Hilton Grand Vacatons, where they try to sell you timeshares. Note that I had already paid them $285, which I was not trying to get refunded. I need a timeshare pitch even less than a hole in the head, but it's not their fault I agreed to it. Rebooking was also a $20 fee. It has been a long time since a business has made me this furious. Note that they are pulling this stunt with Honors members with status, so they are doing this to their best customers. If you get a call from Hilton Grand Vacations, dont' listen, don't give a credit card and hang up. I hope this negative review costs them many times the money I paid. In the unlikely event I do get a refund or other satisfaction I will change this review positively. In the event they try to hit me with more charges, which would not surprise me, legal action will be taken and this review will be adjusted even more negatively. A negative review have also been posted on Trip Advisor and a complaint has been filed with the BBB.

Comfortable guest room. Friendly, courteous, and professional staff. The doorman would call for the lift when we walked in and swipe his card for our floor.; he hailed a taxi for us a xouple.of times.

This is a review that will help to put other reviews here in perspective. The smell of most of the floors and entire hotel is of hamburger or meat. You all familiar with the nice smell of an hotel? Well, here it is a smell of a restaurant's kitchen. After complaining, because it was also present in the room itself, we were moved from the 17th floor to the 5th floor street view. We checked the alternate room before agreeing but the lady in the desk told the it shouldn't be loud. It was bad. Very bad. The windows ARE NOT sound proof at all! Couldn't sleep at all. We told all that to the manager Arnold, he wouldn't agree to commit to move us to off street highet level, so we had to cancel the rest of our 8 nights and book another hotel. Apparently, according to the manager, they know about the smell problem, and holding a lawsuit against the restaurant. This decision to give the money back instead of keeping it and us as clients, tells you all you need to know. Moreover, he told us "we will not hold you hostage". They were nice and tried to find solutions but it wasn't enough, specially for guests who stays for 10 nights. It caused us wasting lots of time and energy. Wouldn't recommend at all. This is not Hilton standarts.

I stayed at the Hilton Club West 57th in NYC. I was very impressed. I did attend an informative session regarding ownership. I did not purchase at this time due to conflicting priorities, however I was satisfied with the information shared and it’s still a consideration for a later time. I loved that this building was located on Billionaire’s row in Manhattan. It’s within walking distance to many attractions like Carnegie Hall, many luxury stores, the Museum of Modern Art, Central Park, and many places to eat. The building is very well kept and everyone was friendly. I did have use of the gym facility and it had a wide range of equipment. My room was on the 18th floor and had great views from the floor to ceiling windows.
