Always a great stay! Comfortable bed and good amenities. Appreciated the A star service upon arrival with valet (especially Douglas!) and staff overall. Enjoyed the upper suite and lounge access very much. 5* for the lounge itself; super quiet and tasty breakfast and coffee/tea. I stayed for a business trip and room itself had almost all I needed (lacked a roomy work area/table). I would have loved a better view, some bottles of water in the room as well as slippers. Otherwise excellent stay!

Mar 24, 2025 · BethZNI spent a long weekend at this hotel and had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the experience even better. The rooms are updated, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great modern touch. The location is also a huge plus—super convenient for exploring the area. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the pillows for a better night’s sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and roomy. The location was great. The hotel smells really nice. The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Justin at the front desk. He was super cool and nice!!! I would definitely come back here again.

The bed, linens, and pillows? Next level. Slept like a dream every night. Breakfast at the Upper Stories Lounge was superb—delicious, filling, and a great way to start the day. The whole hotel felt well-kept and spotless, and the food and drinks looked just as good as they tasted. The team here was beyond accommodating and super responsive, making our stay even better. And let’s talk about Burger Joint—absolute gem. If you know, you know. Would 100% stay here again. If you’re coming to NYC and want comfort, great service, and a killer location, this is the spot!
