This used to be an excellent hotel, but it has really deteriorated. It seems as if they are actively trying to disappoint loyal Hilton users. Personally, I was disappointed by (1) the failure to recognize me as a diamond member or to provide the food credit; (2) sold my long-reserved room to someone else; (2) now charges $18 for a very basic breakfast ; (4) has closed dining room , exercise room, and pool; and (5 ) construction materials and garbage littered about the property.
Apr 04, 2025 · Rod WebsterI was very grateful to be selected as the "guest of the day", which was such a fun and creative way to show appreciation for people that book their stays here! Very friendly staff, and the room was extremely clean.
Apr 16, 2025 · Steven MainDuring check in nobody has told me that breakfast was not included. The next morning during breakfast the lady gave me the paper to sign it. 15 USD plus tax for a continental breakfast in a small room with eight tables because it's in the remodeling process. 236 USD incl tax for the room, a simple breakfast should be included. Sorry. I prefer the Hampton Inn which is 2 min away from it, 4 USD cheaper and the better style of breakfast included. By the way the parking area from the hotel for this Hilton Hotel is way too small. I was lucky to arrive on Saturday night because I was able to use the public parking lot on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise there will be not enough space for all customers.
Jan 23, 2025 · Mike BomiWe stayed here for a friend's wedding. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was standard, we appreciated the small fridge and microwave. For AC & shower you need to put the switch/tap on hot to get cold. Strangely enough the sink taps were fine. To be fair, we didn't bring this up because we figured it out. There was a confusion with the breakfast where we got charged for 2 meals when we shouldn't have. But when I spoke with the front desk they immediately gave us vouchers for free meals to compensate. All in all, it was a good experience.
Oct 29, 2024 · Goodie GardinI dont even know where to start. Everything is closed for renovations, which start at 9am and end at like 7pm. NOISY construction and when I asked about it, they just said now is a good time to reno 'because it's the down season'. No pool, no gym. Everything is sectioned off for construction. We asked for an early check-in, and were pleased to be allowed with no additional fee! We check in, get our stuff up to the room, and I call down and ask for a crib or pack and play for our 8 month old daughter (listed on booking as available). They were happy to oblige and I was ecstatic, until a lady not in any identifiable uniform was at my door knocking, I cracked it open and she all but dropped a folded up, FILTHY pack in the doorway and ran away. My husband was at work, so I had to hold my baby and struggle to set up this disgusting thing so I can CLEAN IT to put her down for a nap. She screamed the entire time. Cool. I eventually figured it out, cleaned the pack and play myself with dish soap I'd brought and washcloths, and got her to sleep. I took a bath after she fell asleep, and whatever cleaning chemicals in the tub gave me a dry rash, like psoriasis which I have never had. Eventually turned into a chemical burn and took weeks to go away. Fast forward, room service was expeeeensive and downright terrible, but we needed to eat and hoped it would be cheaper than doordash. Wrong! We paid the same. Rooms are drafty from under the heat vent (literally cold air). Air is dry and dusty, woke up with a bloody nose. Slept awful for work the next day. All staff are just... odd. Unwelcoming. Not trained? The guy with the beard was cool, though. I dont know. We basically paid for amenities we did not get, and I'm sure will never get refunded for.
