Food tonight was awful. Chicken tenders were thin and were over cooked. Last night the food was excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Why do the room keys expire every day at noon?????? Very inconvenient when you have a two night stay. We have been staying at this hotel for over 4 weeks off and on do to a family emergency. All was good until this evening.

Feb 27, 2025 路 Martijn OosterveenI want to start by saying that I rarely ever make reviews but I felt it was needed for this stay. My husband and I don't have a lot of money, barely enough to get by most months but we decided we needed a break and we saved up enough to get out of Maine for a week. The room was about 1100 for 6 nights, for a premium king suite, that was after discounts I had through my membership with hotels.com For some people that's nothing, for us...it was the most we ever spent at a hotel. So we expected better quality than what we recieved. The rooms: The shower was the best part however there was mold in multiple spots and some weird rust spots on the floor of the shower. We only had 1 body towel, half a roll of toilet paper, and the shampoo was about two pumps to empty. The bed: There was a big stain on our comforter, and a few hairs underneath the top sheet, we used our own blanket until the last night where it was cold enough for us to go ask for another comforter. The bed was super uncomfortable for both of us but that's not a huge deal. Room service: When we got to the room there was a menu that said for in room service call 001, It also stated on the website that they had in room dining. We decided to try breakfast, the menu did not list what fillings or sides they had so I sent a message to the front desk. After 40 minutes of waiting I called he told me he hadn't logged into the messaging yet because he was busy. Once he read the message he said he didn't know the answer. Which I found odd if I was supposed to order through him. Turns out, they don't have room service. He had no idea what menu I was talking about. We ended up ordering from doordash. Housekeeping: There is a sticker on the mirror in the bathroom that states that housekeeping is every other day. We waited a few days, no housekeeping. We later found out that you have to ask...I've never heard of having to ask especially when the mirror says they do it every other day and nobody asked at check in if we wanted it or not. Very disappointed. We ended up having to go to the front desk and asking for everything that would normally be replenished. Bar: They didn't seem too interested in us when we tried ordering, the guy complained that he had to do food and the bar, which while I understand the struggle I don't care to hear the complaints while I'm trying to order a drink. He also couldn't make anything I asked for, simple fruity drinks(didn't seem to have anything except straight up alcohol drinks) and he didn't offer anything that I might like instead. However...with the business men and the women there for the event, he was pleasant and talked them through all their drinks. Pool: The pool is super small which isn't a huge deal but the chemicals are so so strong. We both got a headache after 30 ish minutes swimming. I go to a hotel spa pool every week and I've never smelt chemicals that strong, the water was also freezing but again...a small detail. The woman who got us our blankets, towels, toilet paper, and soaps...was super sweet and the nicest person we met there. Every other worker didn't seem to care much and gave so much mis matched information. The biggest flaw by far was the incorrect information in rooms. Everything else is small and I probably wouldn't have made this review. This hotel was severly disappointing and I would not return to it or ones simular to it.
Mar 28, 2025 路 M WyattGood day, everything was great, I forgot a silver chain 120 grams in the room. I contacted them the same day and they told me that they will ask the person who cleaned my room, I called you today and you said that they did not find it. This can not be. It is a dear to me church accessory. Please ask again the person who cleaned my room on March 11th I checked out.
Mar 16, 2025 路 Soslan GabaraevI would highly recommend you avoid this particular hotel. I was double charged for one night and it was a nightmare experience getting the 2nd charge refunded. Sara, the manager, was extremely rude and not at all helpful, and certainly not someone I would have expected to speak with from a Hilton. Garden Inn.
