I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were huge, and the breakfast was great. The only downside for me was the bathroom was way too small for me and my walker 😭. I had a hard time getting around. The standing shower was a huge plus for me since I can’t get in and out of tubs. I would definitely stay again and I plan on taking a couple of more trips to visit my child before they graduate from AIT.

Jan 02, 2025 · Jacob WillisGood clean place for on-base. Not quite as updated as the Candlewood, but the staff here are great. There are three breakfast meals on rotation: bacon & omelet; sausage & omelet, and eggs, biscuits & gravy. All are filling, and they have coffee, yogurt and oatmeal everyday for breakfast. There is also a pancake machine on weekdays. 6 washers and 6 dryers for the whole hotel, but some were inoperable.
Feb 13, 2025 · Bluecor 2099This was a last-minute reservation. I called and spoke with a young man who was ending his shift. He was able to get me booked for two days and was so very pleasant, even told me he would stay until I arrived to ensure everything was in order. I arrived, and true to his word, he was still there. This is not an extravagant Holiday Inn Express, but it was clean, and the staff were very helpful. After a long two days of traveling and sleeping in my car for several hours, I just needed a place to rest and recharge. So if you're in a pinch, or if you just want a place that is safe and clean, make your reservation. Mostly, though, if you're looking for a place to lay your head without a fuss that is clean and safe, this is a good start. I would, however, make sure that you are vetted through the visitor center or have a reservation in hand. I'm a disabled veteran, and at 12 A. M. I had to listen to a lecture from security about how the hotel staff didn't know what they were doing. Long story short after this lecture and being told he couldn't let me on base, he (security) scanned my ID and gave me a seven day pass, but not until he gave me every reasonhe should not let me enter.
Oct 22, 2024 · KrisThe rooms are a little outdated or maybe it's just the one that I'm in It's a little small But the customer service here is amazing my heater wasn't working and within an hour it was fixed The people at the front desk are amazing very attentive Breakfast That can use a little help but hey there's breakfast The only reason I gave it a four star was because It's outdated everything else was amazing Okay
