We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. Rooms were clean, and quiet. Breakfast was as expected as advertised. It has really good access to local restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would def come back. The gym is quite small so not the best place if you want to work out.

Jan 14, 2025 · Dirceu PereiraThe staff here are probably the best part. They’re friendly, kind, and very approachable! This especially includes the housekeeping staff who brought us extra towels. The night manager who was training was also very sweet and helpful. We reported a few things that she took note of. The rooms were clean. When we arrived, the thermostat was at 60- not sure if that’s normal. There are some channels that don’t work on the television, but that’s really minimal otherwise. I’d stay here again!
Sep 17, 2023 · Stephanie FreasMy recent stay at the Holiday Inn was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Having frequented this establishment for the past six years, I have witnessed a decline in the quality of service. However, my most recent visit crossed the line from disappointment to outright horror. Upon checking into my room, I was met with a sight that left me speechless – drug needles, prominently placed within the box spring and comforter . Shocked and horrified, I immediately reported this to the front desk, expecting a swift and empathetic response from the management. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of baffling dismissals and a complete lack of accountability. The front desk staff offered me nothing more than breakfast coupons as compensation for my traumatic experience. It's worth noting that these coupons were utterly useless to me due to the breakfast hours, which did not align with my schedule. Repeatedly, I was told that management would contact me to address the issue and offer a formal apology. However, days passed, and I received no communication. It became clear that the local management had no intention of rectifying the situation. Frustrated and feeling ignored, I decided to escalate the matter to the corporate level. Only after contacting Corporate did I finally receive a response. While I appreciated their intervention, it was disappointing to see that it required such drastic measures to garner the attention that any customer in my position should have received from the start. This experience has left me appalled at the Holiday Inn's apparent lack of concern for the well-being and satisfaction of their long-time patrons. As someone who has visited this establishment regularly, I never expected to be treated with such blatant disregard. My advice to potential guests is simple: read the reviews and take them seriously. The Holiday Inn I once knew and enjoyed has clearly undergone a significant decline in service quality. Based on my recent encounter, it's clear that management seems to prioritize cost-cutting measures and dismissive attitudes over customer satisfaction and safety. In conclusion, my recent stay at the Holiday Inn was an utterly shocking and horrifying experience, marred by the discovery of drug needles in my bed, dismissive staff, and an unhelpful management team. It is with a heavy heart that I say my once-loyal patronage has come to an end, and I strongly urge others to consider the state of this establishment before making their own reservations.
Oct 18, 2023 · Isaac BidwellService was excellent. Housekeeping was around everyday to clean up and give new towels. A lot of hotels aren't doing that anymore but they do. Room was clean. Only problem I had was no outlets near the bed. If you like to play on your phone a lot, this isn't the hotel for you. Everything else was good, especially for the price.
Sep 21, 2023 · tyler chubarovHad a great stay, Monica at the front desk was very hospitable, kind and friendly. She checked in multiple times to ensure everything was smooth. Also appreciated her efforts in helping us become IHG members so we could get a late check out and complimentary breakfast at the nearby restaurant which was very delicious. What a wonderful experience. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom shower head did not fully work and did not have the best water pressure. The room was clean though and would stay again
