To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. When I first got there I had to go down to the front desk to get a bedding set for the couch, even though I said there were going to be 3 people staying in there, one of which was a child, meaning we were going to be using the couch bed. Secondly, we weren't told that there would be no house keeping Sunday, so we had to then go back down to get more towels. Then, the hotel breakfast shouldn't even be considered "breakfast". All it was was breakfast bars and a muffin. Lastly, not only did our microwave not have a rotating plate in it, but the shower curtain was covered in mold (by the time I figured these two things out, we had just gotten back from a funeral and I honestly didn't care enough to go talk to more people). If you want a cheap motel stay, this is the place. I booked it thinking it'd at least be a 1 star hotel. I was wrong. I will say, however, that the staff is phenomenal.

May 06, 2025 · Heather GracieI’ve stayed here a few times and I don’t know where the bad reviews come from. I travel all over the World for work and I’ve stayed in just about every hotel from here to North Carolina -This place is clean. It’s like new., The breakfast selection may not be great, but that’s really minor. It’s kind that they still do it when many hotels do not. But the one thing I have noticed about this hotel, and I don’t usually write reviews Is that the manager is just phenomenal I’ve heard her speaking to multiple of the employees many of them new She is an amazing example of a manager/supervisor. She’s very calm when speaking to them teaches them speaks to them While encouraging them. I have seen a lot of hotels, but this one really sticks out that she is a perfect example of what a very good supervisor should be. All of the employees are very nice and helpful probably because they have good supervision from her. I hate to say this day and age most people are on a power trip and are not so kind to employees, That’s what really made me take the time to write this. She is definitely an amazing employee and deserves the recognition. And as far as this hotel, I’ve enjoyed my stay every time I’ve stayed here if I had a problem, they were always helpful. This is exactly why I keep coming back
Jan 28, 2025 · Paris LarrabeeBooked a room 3 days in advance. First room we were sent to was not cleaned at all. Second room we were sent to already had guests staying in it. 3rd room was 'clean' floor wasn't thoroughly swept and found hairs in bathtub and sink. Toilet did not flush properly either. We were not offered any compensation or refunds for this awful experience. Staff member at desk was nice and it was not her fault. This review goes to upper management-when you are understaffed you need to lower the number of rooms you have available to allow the staff you have to thoroughly clean and inspect each room. Try paying your staff a livable human wage and treating them better and perhaps you wouldn't be understaffed. This is corporate American greed at its finest. Over work and underpay staff and expect the same results as if you were fully staffed. Welcome to the new world order folks
Dec 29, 2024 · Anthony ZambaranoWould not recommend to my worst enemy. Looks nice when you first walk in and then anything past the front entrance is absolutely disgusting. Whole hotel needs a remodel. Carpet is absolutely disgusting. The elevator had a terrible smell no matter what time of day it was. The rooms are nasty. The couches are the worst in the room. They don’t check draws or under the sinks when other guest leave. The sheets and towels don’t smell fresh at all. The bathroom sink drain was terrible. If your neighbors have a bad odor you’re gonna be able to smell it through the vents. Didn’t need front desk other than check in. Even though it says no smoking people still do it. Everything was just dirty
Jan 24, 2025 · MERCEDES HOLMFirst of all I have stayed at all different levels of motels, hotels, cottages at various price ranges throughout different states and countries so I have a lot of experience in regards to hotel stays at this price range etc. First walked in and the smell was disgusting. The entire place smells like a warm turtle tank. I actually had to go to the store and buy a candle in order to sleep at night. Walked into the room and there was a bug (cockroach??) crawling on the bed. When I picked up the candle for the room, I bought roach and bed bug traps that's how bad this place looks. Rooms are rough. Holes on the couch armchair, rips in the headboard, sticky feeling dirty carpeting, loose outlet plugs, barely hanging on the wall battery operated carbon monoxide alarm, old barely functioning oven/stove top. Offers a kitchenette but with empty drawers???? No utensils, cups, plates, silverware etc, not even a bar of soap. Why hide the trash bin in cabinets????? Tv is outdated and constantly buffered.. No ice machines! The bathroom had mold all growing on the walls. Refused to even use the shower it was so gross and had no water pressure!! Went to the front desk to get the wifi password, had to wait as usual and the lady who appeared, mumbled her words, she was high as a kite or three sheets to the wind drunk, she scribbled on a piece of paper and handed it to me, it was literally just a bunch of scribbles. According to other reviews I found out there was an additional charge for WiFi?!?!! Seriously????? There were no staff at the front most of the time. The key card stopped working and I had to go stand at the front desk waiting for someone to show up to fix it. They didn't even confirm my identity, they just reset the card to the room number I gave them!!!!! There is a phone with a sign if you need assistance dial " 0" but it just rings at the front desk where there isn't anyone. The free breakfast was prepackaged blueberry muffin or oatmeal nothing else. There were hot chocolate packets and regular caffeinated coffee. No napkins, no utensils etc. By far the worst "free breakfast" I've seen especially at this price range. I've been to straight off the highway "value" hotels that offered juice, waffles, breads, jams etc.. This place needs new management and a complete renovation!!! I'd never stay there again and would absolutely not recommend to anyone not even someone experiencing homelessness!!!! Only pro: It was in a good location to the area
