Went here for a couple of nights the day after we had a quiet wedding ceremony and had decided to go to Encore casino and the surrounding area for a few days. It turned out great!l! The staff is DELIGHTFUL; so warm and welcoming. The room was set up nicely with a separate sitting space with a super comfy couch so we got some takeout the night we arrived and cuddled up and watched a movie (on premiums channels) before we drove just a few minutes down the road to the Encore Boston Harbor casino - super convenient!! We got a king bed SUITE for 2 nights for just about the same price as one night at the hotels right next to the casino, just a few minutes away, and we saved almost $200 !! The ONLY complaint is that the road outside is loud if you choose to slide open your windows for a cool fresh air breeze...but as soon as you close the window, it's quiet as a mouse. Thanks to Phyllis, Mary, and Tom for their superior leadership skills in holding down the entire fort and for the genuine and sincere smiles they greeted us with!! God bless the whole team!! Nothing special here. Free buffet was ok. When checking in I wanted to confirm They got a note from me about this being a room for a bride. And they responded with “does it make a difference?” And I responded with “yes, it does. I am the bride” hoping they would change their attitude a bit about that to ensure that everything is good and it’s a spacious room. Again, they both respond with “does it make a difference?” I was so embarrassed and put down by that. I get to the room, sure it’s big enough but wow does it need major upgrades. After letting them know I was the bride, which mean people will be coming up - they proceeded to stop 2 of my bridesmaids and said they needed to call me to make sure. I am in the middle of getting ready and should not be bothered with the front desk delaying our getting ready Time. However - they did not stop anyone else?? The room was not worth $416. Checking out was a breeze.

Good location, front desk personnel is very friendly and efficient. The room however shouldn't have been rented out. There was blood/dirt or makeup on the curtains, the desktop was abused by some customer and the carpet didn't feel clean. Next time a good inspection will be done before I open my luggage.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the amenities very much. The bistro menu, service amd operation times are 90% of the great experience I had. The bistro menu is amazing, at least for breakfast. I valued the opening times at 6am. The staff is very friendly and kind. The manager is amazing, I experienced some not great circumstances and she rose to the occasion, was understanding and fair. Definitely recommend.

Dear Marriott Customer Service, I am currently a guest at the Spring Suites located in Peabody, Boston, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the unacceptable conditions and poor service I have experienced during my stay. Upon arrival, I was checked into Room 403, only to find the room in complete disarray. Most concerning was the fact that the toilet was not functioning—a basic necessity. I found it incredibly frustrating and disheartening to have to explain to the manager on duty why a working toilet is essential. In addition to that, the television was not working for two full days. After working a 12-hour shift, I looked forward to some downtime, only to be met with continued disappointment. I reported the issue to both the front desk and management multiple times and was consistently told it would be addressed, yet nothing was done. The in-room phone was also broken, forcing me to walk down to the front desk each time I needed assistance—again, extremely inconvenient after long workdays. I was told on multiple occasions that the issues would be resolved by the time I returned, but each time, nothing had changed. Today was no different. After another 12-hour shift, I returned to find all issues still unresolved. When I went to the front desk, no one was there, and I had to wait about five minutes while Jose, who appeared to be the assistant manager, finished what seemed to be a personal phone call. When I explained the ongoing issues yet again, his response was dismissive and lacked any empathy or urgency. Only after a long back-and-forth did they finally move me to another room—a solution that should have been offered days ago. This level of service is unacceptable and frankly, a poor reflection of the Marriott brand. The lack of basic functioning amenities and disregard for customer concerns is appalling. No guest should have to go through such an experience, especially not when paying for a stay under the Marriott name. I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously, take appropriate action to address these concerns, and ensure that your staff is better trained in customer service and hospitality standards moving forward.
