I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Amanda. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, she made a lasting impression. It’s rare to encounter someone so professional yet personable, and it’s clear Amanda takes great pride in her work. Her attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made my stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a personal touch that’s hard to find elsewhere. I’ll definitely be back

May 11, 2025 · Kaid CotaWe stayed at Sonesta Select Boston Danvers for three nights during our city trip and had a great experience overall. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room was relatively small but very cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The small hotel market came in handy for snacks and drinks. We also appreciated the high-quality toiletries – body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and creams were all excellent. The hotel is well located, right next to a Marshalls and other stores. While some areas feel a bit dated, it was clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. A great base for exploring the Boston area – would definitely recommend!
Apr 21, 2025 · Dominik HugA perfect hotel experience! The staff is helpful and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. There are multiple entrances for your convenience, the windows ACTUALLY open a little for fresh air, and the it's a pet-friendly hotel, so you get to see people walking around with their dogs (and maybe get to pet them, if you ask). The parking is $5/night, free if you're a Sonesta member, the grounds are beautiful and it's the perfect distance from Salem. If I was to go to Salem again I'd only want to stay here.
May 13, 2025 · Andy GeaganI stayed for four days, it wasn't cheap, it cost me over six hundred dollars. The room I had was clean, the bedding was satisfactory and the pillows were comfortable. I was very disappointed that the hotel charges you to park on their property when you could easily park across the street in the mall parking lot, they don't tell you that they charge for parking but you'll see it when you check out and get a copy of the room charges. A friend of mine and her husband stayed one night, they were charged for parking. I was even more disappointed in the fact that they charge 20 dollars a day on top of the room charge for a continental breakfast, I opted out for that service because of rate of a standard room. The hallways were loud, the other guests staying there allowed their room door to slam when exiting their room. They don't clean your room unless asked. I had to ask for them to replenish items in my room like soap and clean towels. For the money they charge they certainly nickel and dime you to death. People are allowed to smoke outside however it's not just cigarettes they're smoking. When I was leaving the entire atrium was filled with marijuana smoke. I'll probably never staying here again since they charge so much and really give nothing back to their customers.
Apr 01, 2025 · Debby PCute and cozy, room was clean and well presented. Bathroom as well. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating to my many new traveler questions. They waived an early check in fee for me because I wasn't aware that was a thing. The pictures shown are accurate. This is tucked away behind a mall, so there isn't much for views but it's not advertised as such a place. I'm giving it 5 stars because they're honest, accurately portrayed and accommodated me very well. This is an honest 5 star review.
