The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. The towel rack was falling out of the wall. The tub doesn't drain unless you physically hold the stopper open until it's drained. It had numerous spiders, beetles and at least one tick. It's very cheaply constructed. Room not cleaned or restocked during our stay. It was mostly clean and functional with adequate wifi. Service at check in/out was fine. It had an average cheap breakfast bar. It's what I would have expected if we had paid $70/night. For about $200/night, however, this is completely unacceptable.

The perceived value for money is also a concern, with some guests feeling that a price of $200/night was "completely unacceptable" for the experience received, while others would have found it acceptable for a lower rate like $70/night.

May 18, 2025 · Chante GlickWe had such a pleasant stay here! We arrived relatively late and the gentleman at the counter did not mind at all! Usually we get some eye rolls, groaning, and lack of enthusiasm when we check in late anywhere else. We were greeted with smiles and friendly service. When we walked in our room, we were amazed at he cleanliness as well! Our room was spotless, all fixtures worked well, the TV worked and we had plenty of room for my family of four. The location was perfect as we were traveling and it was close to the airport and the highway. We will definitely stay here again!
Apr 23, 2025 · Kristin MazziottaClassic motel with very basic amenities. Look more promising on the outside. The room felt old, and the complimentary breakfast was minimal. The only real plus was the bed, which seemed relatively new and comfortable. The motel was clean and quiet, but the AC was extremely noisy. Since it was too cold outside, I couldn't turn it off and had to use earplugs to get some sleep. On top of that, I had issues getting my security deposit refunded—it took three emails before they finally processed it. Overall, an OK budget option, but not without its hassles.
Mar 31, 2025 · Nejc TIt was our first night in Boston after a long day of travel to get there. We really needed a place to relax for a couple nights before working our way south of Boston. This was fine for that. We toured the area around here, spend some time in Salem, and relaxed in the evenings. We were here during the summer and our son enjoyed the pool.
Feb 11, 2025 · Jason SchulteTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As a young woman on arrival I immediately felt uncomfortable and scared. The room was disgusting, we found brown nasty stains everywhere despite paying over $100 a night. There was nasty hairs and stains all over the walls and curtains. Called management and then was given an even worse and more disgusting room. Seriously?! Didnt stay and was not given a refund either. Please be cautious when booking here because pictures do not match AT ALL.
