Rooms are great! They allow pets clean apartments etc. location is very bad as it’s off the highway so you get very sketchy people and honestly downright unsafe. Vandalism to cars has happened to many people here in the time I’ve stayed . Most staff are rude and don’t care. Breakfast is always good. I wouldn’t recommend only because of the price. For the money you spend there’s many other great places in better areas and with better people, services etc.

Apr 16, 2025 · Kaycee Scheibert*April 2025* hotel is under construction, see pictures. Construction crews did not provide signs/physical barriers for entrances and exits they were working above. Parking lot barriers were set up for cars, but not for pedestrians using sidewalks, hotel entrances, and exits. The hotel advertises as family and pet-friendly, but unsecured equipment and spare nails were left around the building exterior and parking lot. All guest room windows were covered in opaque plastic sheeting. Booked directly through the Hilton website, there was no disclosure that the hotel was under construction during booking. There were signs at the hotel elevators noting that construction has been going on since November 2024. Travelers may want to check that renovations are complete before booking. I reached out to Hilton and did not receive a response. The interior lacked upkeep: the single high chair at breakfast was missing the backrest that keeps babies from falling out; indoor pool wasn't heated; hotel room needed vacuuming and a wipe down; the gym had no fan and air conditioning couldn't be turned on by guests.
Apr 21, 2025 · Rachel VanJohnsonRegretfully, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. The room had a urine stain on the mattress, a broken stove (missing a knob) and it was just unclean. There were suspicious stains on the sofas as well. We asked to see other rooms to see if this was just a misunderstanding. The hotel staff was great and very patient in accommodating our request; however, the other two rooms were also dirty and the sofas had similar stains. The pool was also green looking but did smell very strong of chlorine. We were refunded without hassle and found a better option (Hilton in Andover). The hotel staff did state that the sofas were going to be replaced in the future so I think the hotel has future potential. It’s just not quite there yet.
Mar 17, 2025 · Erial VieiraThe room was clean enough, but it smelled of weed. Only one of the key cards worked. The reservation was prepaid for 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us there was only a king and an uncomfortable sleeper sofa. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I didn't book the room but after my experience I wouldn't choose Homewood Suites in this location or likely another if I have an option.
Feb 22, 2025 · Lisa LapIt was ok. The hotel is under renovation and almost hard to assume it is open with sheets of plastic over the windows and half of it flapping around in the wind. Temporary fencing had fallen over and it looked like a building site Perhaps it is the building works, however the whole hotel could do with a good vacuum and tidy up. One room had dirty towels outside the door for the three days we stayed there, even though security walked past every morning. Paying to park a car was a bit silly too, when you are next to a highway. The stay was ok, but not great and next door looked much better.
