I have waited for a week to muster up the words to describe our stay at this location. Never in all the years I have traveled and stayed at this brand hotel have I experienced what I experienced at this location. The first day which was check-in was smooth. The night clerk was amazing and greeted with a smile. The next day is when things went left. My family and I go down for what supposed to be been a hot breakfast, there were three of the cheap chaffing pans empty at 8:30 a.m. The front desk manager was assisting with trying to prep food to put out. When the food did get put out, there were premade sandwiches cut in half, scorched grits, no milk, no cereal, no pastries. Only batter and a waffle maker, a yogurt machine with lots of toppings, a few bagels, a few English muffins, and a few pieces of bread to make toast. When they replenished food again it was the same sandwiches that weren't good at all and soupy grits with a big bowl of shredded cheese in front of it. There were several guest highly upset including me and my family. I asked the morning manager why was breakfast a cluster and she told me that people are getting more food than they should. Several guest left very upset without eating and went out for breakfast. In our room we had hand soap instead of shower gel. This dishwasher wasn't working, and the blinds were dirty. The location is great. I'm very disappointed on how the morning manager is not so welcoming and walks off when you have legitimate questions.

Jan 05, 2025 · Mrs. Johnson-HughesAbsolutely not worth staying here . Flight cancelled at midnight, due to disabilities and medical alert service animal and lack of stamina, needed to get rest. Tried to book a room online for $97. Would t do it after midnight. Called, charged $160. Said they sent the shuttle. Twice it went to a closed area passengers couldn't get to and then said I wasn't there. Took almost 90 mins to get their shuttle, even with the second and third time I called and said we were at the rerouted pick up area. Finally to room near 3 am Some maintenance person pounded ont he door at 7. Water sound from pipes is ridiculously loud. As loud or more so than the jets flying overhead, but it lasts longer Stupid, cheap, ridiculous cost for even at the best of times would absolutely not be worth more than $60-80. Breakfast is mediocre, and they only have one waffle machine, so good luck ever getting anything with the families and children. Absolutely hate this experience and what I needed was sleep. Got about three hours though I had 9 to sleep. Disgusted and I absolutely wish I'd kept looking.

The front desk is not interested in welcoming us. There is no greeting or smile but just asked me my reservation. I have booked 2 rooms and it took her a while to have the keys ready. We were very disappointed by the breakfast which is the main reason to stay at Home2. There is no hot meal nor milk etc. to offer. The only thing that is available is the bread. A lot of guest are in line waiting for nothing. There is also no one at the front during the breakfast that we can talk to. Overall, stay away from this property.

The breakfast options offered were fine, but there wasn't enough to accommodate all guest for a weekend morning. There was no milk for cereal, 1 bagel, and other options were unfortunately being monopolized by other guest. I ultimately chose to go get breakfast for myself and others in my party at a nearby restaurant. The other issue came in the disappointment of the pool being closed. I called and spoke with someone before I made the reservation 2 days before arrival to ensure it would be open. I was told that it would be. However, it was indeed closed and when I asked how long it had been closed, I was told over a week. I was traveling with my mom and son, who suffers from severe allergies. Unfortunately, they were not able to enjoy the outside area due to other guest smoking. Not sure if this is a completely non-smoking property so I can't really be too upset without having researched. Aside from these issues, I was pleased with everything else. At checkout, I was asked about my stay and voiced these concerns. To my surprise they weren't well received. I conceded to the breakfast excuse of the truck being late as I observed it arriving near the end of breakfast hours the first morning. However, the pool being closed over a week and being told it would be open is a little inexscusable.
Feb 10, 2025 · candace laceyI stayed here in October, 17,18,19,20 2024, when I first arrived, I was greeted by the front desk attendant with a smile and a very welcoming greeting. The second day I went downstairs for breakfast, and it was terrible, all process food except for the waffle, the whole stay that was the only thing I had to eat for breakfast, which you made yourself. I went out shopping in the area, which was very close to the Hotel, that was a plus. When I came back my room wasn't clean, I went to the front desk, and I was told the room only get cleaned every other day, that was find. The third day my room wasn't clean, but I received new towels, and the trash was empty, and the beds wasn't made, and the floor wasn't vacuum, the coffee or cups was replaced, and the cups wasn't replaced in the bathroom either. The people upstairs I could hear them walking. I also had a problem with the TV, I couldn't operate the TV, so I went to the front desk and the attendant said she had no idea how the TV worked, and she would send up the maintenance person, that did happen. On the four day I spoke to the housekeeper about my room not being clean and she didn't speak English, and she sent the manager up and his English was not that good, I said when will my room be clean and he brought up towels which I didn't need. So, I saw him again and asked him when will the room be clean and he said around 3:00. I left the room, and the room finally got clean which was a little to late because I was checking out the next day. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to no one I know. The neighborhood was nice, the Hotel lobby was nice and clean also but the Staff at the front desk did not have a care in the world about me staying there, except for my first day there.
