We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and had a lovely stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice with comfy beds - very clean. We were given fresh towels every day which was a nice touch. The location is really good too - it's right next to the J line and the G line so quick to get to other parts of the city. The only downside is it is quite noisy given the proximity of the subway but this wasn't an issue for us and it quickly became background noise. For the price i'd thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel management is amazing attentive and extremely friendly, me and my girls stayed for a weekend and enjoyed every moment. Once we walked in we were greeted with smiles. The manger Jonatan that checked us in was extremely help full and kind and fast at his job. When we got to the rooms they were amazing clean and not what we expected not even close they blew our minds. We stayed at many hotels but none as clean and as cute as the room we stayed in. Really care and attentiveness was given by staff to this rooms, and even having cool clocks with amazing speakers for music, really helps set the mood in the room. I walked out the shower with a Darth Vader theme song. The great thing stand is always friendly no matter the question or request love this place going back for the weekend next week. Can’t wait. Just wish it was in a better location for a more romantic view but everything inside the hotel makes it worth it even the price.

The experience I had at this hotel felt like a 5 star movie on a calm Valentine’s Day. Me and my companion were comfortably greeted with welcomed arms with the reservation process being as smooth as the complimentary wine that was given for our room. Front desk was very respectful and resourceful in attending to our needs.

Area was very safe. Convenient walking distance to lot of subway options. Rooms were clean and modern, although a bit shabby around the edges. Car parking was right on site and reasonable price for NYC.

I’ve booked from here several times and it never disappoints. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, anything you need they’re willing to help. The location is in a beautiful area and is right by convenient stores. The food is delicious, I’ve tried both breakfast and lunch. A big thumbs up!
