Good and Affordable, wouldn't rate it as a top end hotel but for the prices it's surpassed my expectations. The only problem I encountered was a bunch of rowdy kids in the room next door making it hard to sleep. Other than that it was perfectly fine.

I booked a hotel at this location for a birthday trip. The outside of the hotel is covered in trash as you walk up. When we got inside I was charged a ridiculously high deposit fee. I pay it and say I have an early flight when I check out will there be a person here in the morning. I am told yes there is always someone at the front desk 24/7 this will not be a problem. I go downstairs and wait for over 30 minutes with no one at the front desk. Two other people needed something from the front desk and gave up and just left. I call and no one answers, sent an email to customer service and no one answers, I call a different location by the same hotel and I’m informed they no longer associate with this location due to behavior just like this! I wind up leaving a note and my key cards on the desk because I was in danger of missing my flight. I could not believe they just lied and said someone would be there when there would not be! I will be calling management and complaining. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Small rooms with nice interior. Ample Street parking either by the hotel or on the streets behind & nearby the hotel. 24 hr reception. Cost-effective hotel to stay in NYC.

We had an early morning flight and confirmed with the front desk prior that someone would be available at the front desk 24-7 and that we would be able to check out at 5:00am. We arrived to the front desk at 5:00am as planned and waited for 30 minutes for an associate to return. We searched every floor and stairwell and could not find anyone on staff. It was clear that someone was staffed but the either left or went to sleep in a room. We had to leave a note and our keys to get to the airport. It seriously set us behind to get to our flight. Really frustrating experience. Do NOT recommend staying here. Additionally, as a point of awareness, the surrounding area is dirty (for NY standards) and the nearest subway station is really far from the hotel. It also has limited connections.

Good value for money, staff friendly, but out of the way of most attractions but easy enough to get around with public transport. Area felt safe
