Hotel Indigo Williamsburg - Brooklyn by IHG

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a wedding nearby. I had no issues with the service during a relatively brief stay, but I thought the amenities were extremely lacking for the price of the hotel. The bed was rather uncomfortable and old-fashioned feeling, and the room had a somewhat low quality, style over substance look and feel. While things were relatively clean and look like they were at least attempting to be chic, I feel as if I would have had more pleasant and comfortable stays in classic suburban Holiday Inns and the like. The shower was nice! But overall, I didn't feel like I was getting much value at all for the extremely high price I paid.

I had the best time staying at this hotel away from the city. The room was extremely comfortable, with a stunning city view, a cozy bed, and a luxurious tub—perfect for unwinding. The hotel’s modern design, from the chic lobby to the stylish bar and restaurant, really set the tone for a premium experience. A special shout-out to Nayeli at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me multiple times throughout my stay. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my experience even more memorable. I’ll definitely be returning!

I've stayed in this hotel several times. The city view is fantastic. The non-city view is a bit depressing. That's not the hotel's fault. The front office staff is a bit dismissive even when they're not busy. I've only stayed 3 times for week long stays, so it might be the case I haven't had enough interaction to down a star. I'm staying again in a month, so one more shot. The coffee/bar staff are wonderful. The location is great. Close to subways, and the neighborhood is walkable. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I wish there were bedside lights rather than the enormous circular light. It's very harsh, so the light is either all on, or off.

Stayed at the Hotel Indigo recently with mixed experiences. The property was beautiful. The room looked really nice at first. The staff is phenomenal, and certainly had a chance to show it. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower was huge and fantastic... As a tall guy, I appreciate not having to duck to take a shower. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Pillows? 10/10. View was nice and the balcony comfortable, but the 2nd floor view left a lot to ask for. It would not get above 68 degrees in the room, however. The balcony door was not sealed or shutting correctly, causing some comfort issues. The staff was very quick to bring space heaters and blankets, but at over $300 a night, I would expect functioning heat. The sink was also clogging a fair bit throughout the stay. Parking is also very, VERY hit or miss. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to park in the adiacent garage. Nice hotel, but very pricey for what is offered.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Indigo. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed hair in the shower and in the bed sheets that was definitely not mine, completely unacceptable for a supposedly "clean" hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff, particularly Jaimala, was rude and unhelpful when I raised concerns. On top of that, I was blindsided by hidden fees. The hotel charged extra costs that were not clearly disclosed at booking, and when I asked for clarification, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of guests rather than providing good service. I would not recommend staying here, there are much better options that actually value cleanliness, transparency, and customer service. Also, they are not accredited on the Better Business Bureau for a reason.
