The CODA is an absolute pleasure to stay in. I have nothing but good things to say about the stay, the staff, and the location!! Alberto, the manager, helped us with our reservation, gave us amazing recommendations for activities and restaurants, and was able to guide us for nightlife. He made our stay 10/10. Besim checked us in and made sure the room was ready for us at check in. The room was spacious, clean, and included a balcony. I highly recommend the suite! Allison checked us out, so easy, so simple. She even offered to keep our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day. Overall, 10/10. Can’t wait to come back. Ask for Alberto if you need any local recommendations!

Mar 28, 2025 · Maria Negri (Masha)I would rate this hotel 100/10, cannot recommend it enough! Coda in Williamsburg is an excellent choice not only for the prime location (you're within walking distance of all of the most exciting and interesting spots in Williamsburg), but also for the kindness of staff and luxury of the rooms. I would highly recommend the King Suite as it had a wonderful balcony, very comfortable bed, lovely living room and gorgeous shower.
Mar 31, 2025 · Isabelle MoczygembaI think this is my first time giving full stars, and it’s very subjective—unfortunately, I got very sick on my last day, so I spent the whole day in their amazing lounge downstairs. No one bothered me, and I was able to rest peacefully, for which I’m very thankful! Now for the objective part: they offer coffee, tea, and snacks/fruits 24/7, which was great. The staff were very helpful. The location is a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get around New York. Also, the restaurants and shops nearby were excellent. The hotel was always quiet, and the room itself was very comfortable and cleaned daily. We had a heating issue, but they resolved it immediately. Overall, it was an amazing stay.
Feb 11, 2025 · ecem gençThis hotel locked me out of my own room overnight. Was there on an important business trip and they couldn’t open my room due to a broken lock. They had me stay in a different room without ANY of my things and wasn’t able to regain access until MIDDAY the next day, forcing me to travel to an optometrist to get me temporary contacts just to be able to see (shout out Greenpoint Vision Care!). The manager was “unavailable in Queens.” Beyond unacceptable. Once they accessed the room, I grabbed my things and immediately moved to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. I would never stay here again and would advise anyone and everyone to avoid at all costs.
Apr 04, 2025 · Brian MooreCustomer service is absolutely the best. Period. There was a bottle of wine for sale. Franco and Sim treated us like kings. They are the best. If you’re on the fence on staying in a place in Williamsburg, pull the trigger here. You will not be disappointed. Would give more stars if possible.
