Arlo Williamsburg

The hotel rooms sadly miss the mark. The suite that I booked was well below industry standards. Upon checking in the night table was completely unbalanced. It’s impossible that house cleaning would not have noticed. The shower is in a standard bath with no glass partition or shower curtain. Nothing. So when you shower the water goes everywhere on the floor. Their answer was to bring more towels. The in room safe did not work and they had to replace it. Unfortunately the windows are not very sound proof so you hear the traffic noise and sirens quite easily. The only redeeming value was the staff who tried their very best to help resolve all the various issues to the best of their ability. One of the managers Aubie really went out of his way to help. He is a real asset. Pretty sure there must be better hotels in the area.

I had an amazing stay at The Arlo in Williamsburg, NY! The hotel offers a great combination of comfort and convenience. The rooftop bar has fantastic views of the Manhattan skyline, making it the perfect spot to relax. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The location is ideal, with plenty of places to explore within walking distance. I enjoyed a beautiful walk around the area, which has a great vibe. Parking was easy, with street parking available, and I always felt safe walking around. This is a perfect spot for couples, solo travelers, or anyone traveling for business. Highly recommend it for a memorable stay!

I really liked this hotel. It was a super cute room with a nice view of Brooklyn and a little bit of Manhattan. The area is filled with restaurants, and you're a ten minute walk from a subway station. The shower has a waterfall showerhead and a handheld shower head. Four plush pillows on the bed. Plenty of space to put away clothes and suitcase for one person. Two would be tight.

I have never experienced such incredible customer service at a hotel. Every member of the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Julio from the front desk—he truly went above and beyond. I live in NYC, but I stayed here for my wedding week, and even though my wedding was at another venue, the team at the hotel supported me so much. On my wedding day, my friends and mom joined me in my room to get ready, and naturally, we left quite a mess (sorry about that!). When my husband and I returned after the wedding, I warned him that the room would be chaotic—but to my surprise, it was spotless, as if nothing had ever happened. Whoever took care of that, thank you so much! Your attention to detail and kindness made my stay truly special.

A truly wonderful experience! Jasmine, Abigail, David & the team as a whole were incredibly communicative & available to ensure the perfect experience. We were lucky to host our holiday party in the Water Tower, which overlooks the Manhattan skyline. The space was cozy, the bartender was energizing, and the selection of food throughout the night was delicious. If you were ever to host a holiday party, wedding, or event of any sort - This space is breathtaking in itself and the team makes sure that the experience at hand is spectacular. I will be back to the Arlo this summer for pool season - Having a few of the pool areas outside of the Water Tower was simply a tease over these colder months but I am eager to take a splash and soak in the views this coming Spring/Summer.
