So I really don’t do this much but I had to because of all the extremely negative comments about this place. I stay there last night wasn’t as bad as everyone said on his reviews, the service was relatively decent for the most part. It was a smooth check-in The the rooms towels wasn’t really that great. It seems. They need to clean it thoroughly more. The bed was relatively clean. Decent was able to open the window. Bed was comfortable so only thing I can say was that they were marks in the bathroom. I think the bathroom was overall negative part about this experience but not something where I would say. It was a terrible place.

Mar 15, 2025 · Romeo KingsI stayed here January 30th to February 1st. The place was extremely dirty. Stuff on the walls and on my head board. The refrigerator had crud. A water leak in the bathroom causing the floor to be sopping wet!! My bed sheet didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. The list goes on!! I should have at least gotten a refund. I never complain about anything.
Feb 04, 2025 · Lily marsieThere’s some terrible reviews in here so I was really apprehensive but we were finally very pleasantly surprised. It’s not a fancy hotel with extra amenities and fluffy pillows and comforters, but we got exactly what we needed, which was a comfortable and decent priced night sleep after a day out in Brooklyn. We were on the 2nd floor in a non-smoking king room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets appeared new. When we checked in and out the older gentleman there was very pleasant. Free parking out back and tons of security cameras on the desk wall gave me some reassurance our car and other areas were being monitored on the property.
Dec 08, 2024 · LAUREN JOHNSON-DOLANI don’t know what these other people are doing but this place is a catastrophe. The “check in” is behind about 2 inches of plate glass, making you feel like you’re at a pawn shop. And you can barely hear the person speaking to you. The room is disgusting, the towels definitely aren’t clean and the water from the shower trickles out. I only booked this because it’s the cheapest by far in the area, likely due to st patty’s day weekend. Likely a trap house…
Mar 15, 2025 · Nikko WahlWhen we checked in, they said they should not let us check in early, only after 3 pm. But I had a reservation: check-in at 2 pm and check out by 11 am. The staff team’s attitude was not enthusiastic, a bit too much! I told them that we could wait in the lobby here until check-in. Finally, they let us check in at 2:30 pm, we didn’t pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. We hurried out trip to in New York. After we went back to the hotel, we found that the sheets, towels, and everything were not changed, they smelled a bit bad. There was no toilet paper either. When we showered, the water was cold, not hot. The air conditioner was broken and the water kept flowing to the floor from AC. I went back to the front desk and told the staff team, and they said they were waiting for the shift team (I feel like a housekeeper) someone to come and check. I waited for a long time after 15-30 misses, I came again, and they said the shift team is come yet, more 5 mins. It seemed that they were not timely for our needs, the action was very slow, like a snail. I was very angry, but I endured it. I could waiting for the front desk area until he came out and asked me to show time the proof. Later, they changed our better room. We went to sleep peacefully. It was only around 12:30 pm the middle of the night. Finally, we asked for a hair dryer, would get one for us, but we waited and waited, came 3 times, and said out, they were not prepared in advance! It's inexpensive! but I don't recommend it unless you don't care about the condition. I highly do not recommend reservation!!
