The hotel setup was nice. The staff was friendly as well. And had a pretty smooth time the whole time. The room was nice and kind of spacious. Centrally located in Brooklyn. Not far from train station, Brooklyn bridge and many food/ restaurant options. It was a good stay

I had a wonderful stay in a suite room with a kitchen. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The second day I was there the room keys just stopped working despite us resetting it repeatedly. The staff was helpful but I saw a number of guests also struggling with issues in their room. Overall, it was a nice stay for a few days but definitely a place for resting so you can leave and go explore.

If you are not deaf, don't stay here. The room (# 2208) we were put in had noise from the hotel rooftop club until 4 AM! Thanks to the noise, we stayed up whole night! What is worse? I couldn't bear the noise and called the front desk at 2:50 am. The front desk staff told me the club closes at 3, so at most 10 more min of noise. The noise lasted at least till 4. But when I talked to another hotel guest, she said front desk lied to you because she was clearly told the club opens till 4 am. Also, when I called the front desk, the staff couldn't offer us a different room. And no staff is even available to bring ear plugs to the room. How wonderful is that. Nobody deserved to be put in such a room with club music until 4 am. I paid to sleep not to party. After all this is a hotel not a club.

That said, I did notice a few minor issues, like the showerhead being less than ideal, a leaky sink, and some signs of wear and tear along the edges of the room. These didn’t take away from the overall experience, but it’s something worth mentioning. Service & Affordability: The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which added to the stay’s positive vibe. Plus, the hotel is pretty affordable, especially given its prime location and the amenities it offers.
