Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel

We had great service including being welcomed as platinum members and choice of gift. We selected a balcony room. The balcony was austere, but the view was overlooking the park was fun. I was very surprised this hotel had such a low rating, honestly, long before I checked out and left a coat behind! Both housekeeping and the front desk were wonderful in helping me get it back. All in all, a great stay and the coffee shop in the lobby was good, too.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Duffield Brooklyn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience. One of my favorite things about my stay was climbing up to the window area to people-watch and just be idle—it was the perfect little escape within the room. The cleaning staff was also exceptional; the cleaning lady always checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, which made me feel truly taken care of. Overall, this hotel offers great service, cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. I’d definitely come back! Shoutout to Danny for simply being the best!

After reading the reviews I don’t know what I was getting myself into. But this place was solid! My room was ready when it was supposed to be. The room was comfortable, it was clean, the cleaning staff were helpful and friendly and the concierge was always professional. They were also accommodating by holding onto my bags before and after my stay. It can be a gamble when you rent a modestly priced hotel, but this place gets full marks from me. Recommended.

A Fantastic Stay at Sheraton Brooklyn – Highly Recommended! I usually don’t leave hotel reviews unless my experience is exceptionally positive, and my stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn was exactly that. From the moment I arrived, the check-in staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, making the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is well maintained—common areas, hallways, and my room were all spotless. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a great place to unwind after a long day in the city. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. The area felt incredibly safe—honestly, even safer than many parts of Manhattan—and the subway connections are fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this is a great home base. It’s worth noting that there is no on-site restaurant or bar at the Sheraton, but the sister hotel next door, Aloft, has a rooftop restaurant and bar, which is a great alternative as well as many great restaurants and bars in the area After my stay, I was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews because my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe stay in Brooklyn!

During our trip to New York, we’re fortunate to find the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel. The property is absolutely stunning, with well maintained rooms and immaculate hallways. The service was top notch, from the front desk staff to the engineers and room service team, everyone provided great customer service. Everything was flawless.
